Welcome to White Oak, the peaceful, spacious home located in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by beautiful, mature trees! This home offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large open living area for up to eight guests. Enjoy full privacy in the fully-fenced back yard and covered patio. White Oak has everything you need for your stay, and it`s minutes from downtown Ocala, I-75, The Villages, WEC, natural springs, and more!

White Oak offers four bedrooms , each with their own closet and/or dresser, two full bathrooms with basic toiletry amenities, a large stocked kitchen, a dining room table that accommodates six guests plus a kitchen island that accommodates an additional four, a spacious living room with a smart TV for streaming, and a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and detergent for guests to use. Outdoors, guests can enjoy the large, fully fenced-in back back yard, including a covered patio off the dining room.

Guests have complete private access to the entire property.

White Oak is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

A maximum of EIGHT guests and visitors are allowed at the property. The “NO PARTIES” policy is strictly enforced.

Be advised lawn crews may conduct regularly scheduled services at the house while guests are present. Lawn crews will not disturb guests while conducting services.

Parking is only permitted on the driveway and street parking immediately in front of the house.

Guests do not have access to the garage.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND is allowed at the property.
