Make your Park City dreams come true at our ski-in-ski-out Park City Mountain Resort condo. This prestigious old town, slopeside location cannot be beat. Steps away from all the amenities Park City is famous for: world-class skiing or mountain biking out your back door and old town Park City out the front. Bring your whole family for an unforgettable mountain town experience! Please note there is only ONE parking spot available. Please plan accordingly.

The space
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Whether you are here to view movies at The Sundance Film Festilval (JimSantee/ library theatre is only .18 miles away and within walking distance of most of the viewing venues plus only .5 a mile from Main Street where all the swag and parties are!), here to ski or mountain bike (steps away from Payday, First Time, Crescent, Eagle and 3 Kings lifts), or here to party and shop on Main Street, this condo is your doorway to Park City bliss! All the luxuries of home! Spend your vacation in our fabulous condo. It doesn't get better than our location, amenities, and personal hospitality! Our spacious condo has every amenity you might need for the perfect vacation. Full kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator, dining area, flat screen TV and DVD player. Complimentary ski-in-ski-out ski locker service, free wifi, underground parking space with parking permit, closet space, fireplace, large windows with views of the slopes and First Time Lift, on the free city-wide bus route, washer and dryer, comfortably sleeps large groups with a great loft space for the kids!

The Lodge at the Mountain Village complex hosts many amenities as well! Access to an indoor-to-outdoor pool, 4 different hot tubs scattered throughout the complex, full gym, outdoor ice rink (winter), lobby with computer and printer access, ski rental, small convenience store, boutique shops and The Pig Pen bar and restaurant. Our condo complex is a city in itself, you never have to leave!

PLEASE BE AWARE:
We have 1 parking space and are happy we do. There are no other over night options closer than Walmart (10 mins down the road).

My husband and I are the best tour guides and concierge you could ask for! We will give you all the local secrets and are only a text or call away. All the comforts of home plus maybe some extra luxuries!

As our guests you will have access to my fiancé and me! Just a call or text away we can answer any questions or make any suggestions to help you have a perfect vacation. Need a restaurant recommendations? We know the best places! Need extra towels? We'll drop them off! We are a front desk/concierge/local friend all wrapped up into one. We love Park City and like to share its amazingness with everyone!

My husband, Scott, is a firefighter in Park City and I am a figure skating coach at the Park City Ice Arena. We have both lived in Park City for over 10 years and Scott has been skiing PCMR (Park City Mountain Resort) for over 20 years! He knows the mountain well as he was an instructor there through college. We are always skiing or mountain biking so ask us where to go!

You also have access to the condo complex's pool, hot tubs, gym, lobby computers, printers, warm and comfy common areas, library, ski locker, underground parking structure, washer and dryer, free wifi.

Just outside the lobby doors is a charming outdoor ice rink where you can rent ice skates and skate all day! (Nov-April, weather depending) It's simply magical in the winter! There is also a wonderful restaurant connected to the complex called The Pig Pen Bar and Grill. Grab a burger and a beer and watch the skiers fly by on its large wrap around deck. The food is perfect after a day of skiing, try the chili! The restaurant is owned by a local family, they also run the ice rink. You'll see all the family members, even their son working at the restaurant. It really is a local gem and one of our favorite places.

The village at the base of PCMR also hosts a delicioso Mexican Cantina, shopping, ski rentals, an ice rink (winter), breakfast and coffee cafes, and The Corner store bar. There is frequently live music and PBR drinking locals when the slopes close at the Corner Store. It's within walking distance but not within hearing distance! Our condo is on the most peaceful area of the village.

As much fun as our village is, you must get out and see the rest of Park City! Take the city-wide bus that stop directly in front of our village and head to Main Street for the best restaurants and night life in town, Deer Valley, Canyons, supermarkets, pharmacies, even Kimball Junction is easily accessible by our bus for some boutique shopping or discounted outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlets. The bus system is efficient, clean, and goes anywhere you might need to go. Plus, it's FREE!!!

Other things to note
Scott and I manage the condo ourselves. (As local as it gets!) But that means the front desk is not available to our guests. If you need anything please text us. Also, please note that there is no storage luggage on the premises, and NO additional parking

Steph was an Olympic level figure skater, now coaching high level competitors. Scott, a long time ski enthusiast and former ski instructor and ski patroller. We love living and recreating in the cold and high elevation!

This space is quite literally nestled in the cozy hub of the Park City Mnt Resort Base Plaza. You cannot get anymore in the “mix” of the scene! Once here, you’ll go from ski boots to swimsuits without anything between!
