Relax and unwind in this modern yet cozy 1-bedroom home, the perfect base for your Raleigh stay. This thoughtfully designed space features a comfortable queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the essential amenities you’ll need for both short visits and extended stays. Unit B features central heating and air conditioning for a comfortable stay. I do note that the thermostat is not accessible in the unit.

the thermostat controls the temperature for the entire house, which includes two separate apartments. Because of this setup, the system is centrally managed to keep both units comfortable.

If at any point the space feels too warm or too cool, just send me the exact temperature you prefer—I’m always happy to adjust it promptly. You’ll also have multiple fans available for added comfort.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, you’ll enjoy a peaceful atmosphere while being just minutes from downtown Raleigh, local dining, and entertainment.

Location was perfect for visiting my daughter at NC State. Carlos was excellent to deal with and was quick to respond to questions. I will be staying here again when I go back to visit. Perfect size for 2 people and it was very clean! Good place to stay if you’re traveling with a dog, fenced in yard for dog to go and play.

Our child is going to nc state and it was a great location from the college, downtown and the farmers market. I would highly recommend this place. It has all the necessities. The host was friendly and quick to respond. Beautiful neighborhood

Very convenient location for visiting downtown museums, the farmers market, and Walnut Creek amphitheater! And the neighborhood felt very safe. Next time we visit Raleigh for a concert, we'll definitely check availability for this unit.

Great place to stay if you’re visiting Raleigh! The neighborhood is very cute and great to walk around! We took our dog on a walk and all the neighbors were extremely friendly! It’s also a super short drive into downtown which was perfect! Check-in was super easy and we had no issues. The bed is comfy and everything was very clean!

We stayed here for a convention in town and it was easy to get to downtown and back from the Vrbo with about a 7 minute drive. Overall, very convenient. The place was super cute and very clean. The host even left a few snack and drink options which was nice! The water gets super hot fast and didn’t run out quickly either. Would recommend if you need a place to stay that’s not too far from downtown!

The location was perfect for what I needed. And I loved that the backyard had two separate fenced areas for both units to have their own, especially if you bring a pet that was helpful. The place was as pictured and decorated well and functioned well. Great hot water. However, I had an issue where there were a couple of dead bugs on the floor and in the windows as well as a hair on the shower wall. I understand things happen, so I messaged the host to let him know, it wasn’t too big of a deal initially. It’s a bottom “basement” unit, and has a little bit of a smell but nothing that would prevent me from staying again. However, the next day, I discovered more bugs so it was not just an isolated incident. I did notify the host, and he was responsive, saying he would get a professional pest treatment in the future. So just something to be aware of if you stay here.

I take a lot of pride in providing my guests with a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained experience. The apartment was remodeled a little over a year ago, and as you can see from the previous great reviews, I always strive for excellence and want every guest to have a great stay. As a matter of fact, great cleanliness is something often highlighted in previous reviews. It's a first occasion having an issue with insects, I already have a professional scheduled to remediate the issue and make sure it is properly addressed moving forward. Thank you again for bringing this to my attention and for your understanding. Feedback like yours is important and helps me continue improving the experience for future guests.

The apartment was super cute and reasonably priced! The host checked on us a couple hours after we arrived which was nice. Unfortunately, there was hair left in the shower and on the bathroom floor from previous guests. We didn’t realize this until the next day when we took showers. We didn’t expect perfection because the unit was pet friendly, but this was an unusual amount of human hair. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. The host even left snacks and drinks.

We had a great time at this property. The communication between The host and myself was very responsive. The rental was very clean and comfortable. The coffee and snack basket was a nice touch. Although we didn't cook in the unit, it looked like. It had plenty of necessary items you would need for cooking. I like the fact that it had a lot of cooking tools. I would definitely rent again when I'm in Raleigh.

This was the perfect stay for my daughter , me and her service dog. Home was the perfect size. The fenced in yard was perfect for Daisy. The home was close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was wonderful. We will definitely stay again when we are visiting Raleigh.

Great host, great location, nice and clean and modern vibe. Perfect size for a couple for a night or extended stay. Price was excellent especially compared to hotels in the area. Neither my husband nor I cared for the mattress, but bed comfort is subjective.
