The Space:

Absolutely STUNNING, fully renovated 2 bed 1 bath literally steps away from beach access! This half duplex is everything you could want for a family vacation or winter stay. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed and the guest bedroom has two Full beds. The living room and kitchen are open concept so you can enjoy time with the whole family while whipping up a chef's meal on the gas stove. If the other side of the duplex is available, you can inquire about renting the entire home (the name of the other side is Seas the Day Jekyll Island).



There is a TV in the living area with streaming options (no cable).



There is a screened in porch for you to relax on and enjoy your cocktail or glass of sweet tea. There is also a small backyard area for your use and it comes with a charcoal grill (make sure to bring some charcoal).



The bathroom has a walk-in shower (no bathtub).



If you want to enjoy a day at the beach, we provide beach chairs and beach towels. We also have a partnership with a company that provides other beach rentals such as bikes, wagons, tents, cornhole and much more! See below regarding our free nightly credit  we offer for rentals!



This home is right behind bike paths for easy access all over the island. If you are driving, the convention center, shops and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. Summer Waves waterpark is about a 7 minute drive.



Jekyll Island is a state park and as part of conservation, there is a $10 per day parking fee collected at the time you enter the island. You can pay by cash or credit card.



***Beach Access May Not Be Available At High Tide*** During high tide, please enjoy the oceanfront boardwalk.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash, dishwasher pods and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!



If your stay is 3-21 nights long, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night.



Please Note:



There is a $100 pet fee. Up to 2 dogs allowed less than 50lbs each.



Anything other than a regular vehicle or motorcycle may be prohibited.  Trailers, boats or any other commercial or recreational vehicles must be approved before booking.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Pack N Plays, high chairs and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



There is a $50 non-refundable processing fee that applies to all reservations.



Guest Access:

The home is accessible anytime after 4 via an electronic lockbox.

Walking distance to beach, 5 minute drive to restaurants/shopping



Getting Around:

Bike paths, golf cart rentals and driving



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
