Kayak Use Guidelines:

◦ Paddling at Your Own Risk: Use of the kayaks is at your own risk. Guests are responsible for their safety and the safety of anyone in their party.
◦ Supervision: Children must be carefully supervised by an adult at all times while using the kayaks.
◦ Weather and Water Conditions: Check weather and water conditions before heading out, and avoid kayaking in extreme weather.
◦ Know Your Limits: Only paddle within your skill level and choose waters appropriate for your experience.
◦ Damage or Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the kayaks or associated equipment during their stay.
◦ Cleaning: Please rinse the kayaks and paddles with fresh water after each use to prevent damage and the spread of invasive species.
◦ Storage: Store kayaks and equipment under the deck when not in use.
◦ Liability: Guests agree to waive any claims against the host for accidents or injuries arising from the use of kayaks.
◦ Off-Premises Use & Insurance: Insurance may not cover injuries or incidents that occur off the property while using the kayaks. Guests are advised to check their personal insurance coverage.
