🔸On the main level, you have a 1/2 bathroom, game room, living room, kitchen & dining room. The game room has direct access to the backyard deck.



🔹The upper level (5 steps up) has three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.



🔸The lower level (5 steps down) has one bedroom, one full bathroom, and the laundry room.



🔹You can enter the home with about 10 steps up to the front entrance door (main level) OR go through the garage where you can access the lower level with zero steps.

🔸Upon entering, you'll see the family room to your right with a large sectional couch, two rocker reclining chairs, and a 65" smart TV.

🔹Food lovers will appreciate our fully stocked kitchen w/ granite countertops & stainless steel appliances



🔸After brewing your complimentary coffee or heating some tea, step outside onto the private deck overlooking the backyard and pool.



🔹Soak in the privacy from the hot tub, pool, or outdoor furniture. Lounge in the shade. And while you're outside, enjoy the games, fire pit, and gas grill. The pool is CLOSED September 29th, 2025 and will reopen on May 15th, 2026.

No overnight street parking is allowed from November 15th to March 15th for snow removal purposes. This is a Town of Sun Prairie guideline. You’ll be at risk for a ticket if you park overnight on the street between these dates.



The Neighborhood:

Walkable, several parks nearby (one across the street), and plenty of food and shopping within a 5 min.



Getting Around:

Vehicle will be your best form of transportation.



Other Things to Note:

🔹Two pets maximum per stay (A pet fee will apply at check out).
