Facilities above require one day booking in advance.

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited. If found or detected, a deep cleaning fee of RM3500 is required.
2. No eating on the couch and if stained, a deep cleaning fee of RM300 will be levied.
3. No party or loud noise allowed in this space, if complaint is received, guests will have to leave immediately after 2 warnings issued and no refunds will be given.
4. Please take good care of the access cards, if damaged or lost, each card requires a RM250 replacement fee (non-negotiable).
