The space
This five-bedroom, four-bathroom waterfront home is arranged to comfortably host up to 16+ guests, with open-concept interiors that allow natural light to fill each space. Large windows frame the harbor, creating a constant connection to the water whether you’re relaxing indoors or moving between rooms. A dedicated workspace, Wifi, and Ethernet connection make it easy to stay connected when needed.

Sleeping arrangements
The home offers a thoughtful layout across five bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed, an ensuite bath, and direct harbor views. Four additional bedrooms each include queen beds, while a separate bunk room with two bunk beds provides a flexible option for groups. Altogether, the arrangement allows everyone to settle in comfortably after a day by the water.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals of any size, with ample space to cook and gather. A dining table invites shared meals indoors, while the layout makes it easy to move between cooking, dining, and relaxing areas.

Outdoor living
