Just minutes from Great American Ball Park, Paycor Stadium, and Over-the-Rhine. The apartment is stylish, comfortable, and fully equipped for long-term stays.
Along with the amazing amenities, this. 1 bed/1 bath apartment features high ceilings, a spacious fully equipped kitchen & living area, a dedicated work space, in-unit laundry and a king-sized bed. There is ample closet space for storage and a spacious bathroom with a deep tub perfect for soaking after a long day.
Enjoy the remarkable views of the beautiful city and river from the rooftop lounge which features multiple grills and fire pits. The sky lounge is the perfect place to relax. A fitness center open 24 hours and multiple lounges and business centres available for those looking for a quiet place to work.
Please note we provide bedding/linens for our beds only, if you will be using the couch for 1 guest to sleep on you are responsible to bring additional bedding as needed.
The concierge desk is available daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM only. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate arrangements with the building team.

â€A security deposit of $150 shall be collected securely through our trusted property management system to cover specific incidents, including but not limited to damage to household linens. Pursuant to the building management policy, a replacement fee of $500 shall be imposed for any lost, damaged, or unreturned building key or access fob. In the event that the replacement fee exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the Guest shall remain fully liable for the outstanding balance, which shall be due and payable upon demand.
â€Guests must provide a government-issued ID and complete a screening form through our verified property management platform.
â€Failure to complete the ID verification or security deposit process will result in a canceled reservation with no refund.

ă Security Deposit Policy ă
†A security deposit will be collected to cover specific incidents such as lost or unreturned keys/fobs, or damage to/staining of household linens. Charges will apply if these conditions are not met.
ă NO SMOKING ă
Smoking indoors will result in a $500.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time intensive process.
ă PETS ă
No Pets Accepted unless they are ESA or service animals. Evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $250.00 fine charged to guests.
â€35lbs or 16kg combined weight limit of ESA/service animal is strictly enforced. Any service animals over the weight limit are NOT accepted. Meaning if you have 2 dogs they should NOT exceed 35 lbs./ 16kgs combined.
ă SERVICE ANIMAL ETIQUETTEă
Pet rules must be respected. Pets shall only potty outdoors and/or in the designated areas in the community. Guests found disrespecting the community policies may be fined and/or may have their reservation cancelled without refund.
ă NO PARTIESă
There is a $1000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.
ă NO UNREGISTERED GUESTSă
All guests must be registered for liability purposes.
â€A surcharge of $50.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.**
ă SECURITY CAMERA ă
Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units and the camera must be functional at all times. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. This security camera captures activity Outside of the unit only.
ă CHECK-OUT TIMES ă
Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations.
â€$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.
ă CHECK-IN TIMES ă
Guests are also expected to adhere to the check-in time. If a guest arrives before the scheduled check-in time and requests early access, an early check-in fee of $50 per hour will be applied. This fee covers the additional expenses associated with accommodating early arrivals.
ă GARBAGE ă
Garbage is to be thrown out in a sealed bag in the trash chute on your floor. Garbage is not to accumulate in the unit and is not to be disposed of anywhere else in the building and community amenities.
ă LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS ă
Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out.
ă LIGHTS ă
Please turn off lights when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out.
ă SHOESă
Outdoor shoes are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the unit.
ă COMMUNITY POLICIES & RULES ă
We appreciate guests who value maintaining the integrity of the building community and its rules and policies. By confirming this reservation, you comply to respect any written apartment rules and community policies, including instructions for care of our property. Any substantiated complaints from the building may result in fines and/or cancellation of your reservation without refund.
ă CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES ă
â€Please wash, clean and put all dishes away. Cleaning dishes is not included in the cleaning fee.
â€Please place all used towels and linens on the floor next to the bathroom.
â€Please throw all waste away prior to check-out.

A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $15O WILL BE COLLECTED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Lost keys and fobs are subject to a replacement fee of $150 for keys and $150 for fobs. Please return keys and fobs to desk at the time of check-out. Key and fobs that are not returned to front desk will be deemed lost and may be subject to replacement fees.
*For security purposes, only one fob and key will be provided per unit. Requests for an additional fob or key are subject to approval and will incur a charge of $50 for a fob and $10 for a key.*

Sunday - Thursday 7am - 11pm
Friday - Saturday 7am - 12am
Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48 hour notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty.
All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners.
Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed.
We do not allow mail or package delivery to our listing address for short-term stays. This is due to our inability to accept responsibility for locating your package or for any items that may be missing or damaged.
