The Space:

Visit Villa Nova, your perfect beachside escape in Corolla just a 5 minute walk to the beach! This beautiful home boasts stunning views, a private hot tub, and is just steps from the sand. With four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, there's space for everyone. Top Level features king bedroom with a full private bathroom. Mid level includes a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient laundry area. There's also a half bathroom for guests. The second king bedroom with a full private bathroom is located on this level. Step outside onto the deck, where you'll find a relaxing hot tub and seating for many to enjoy the views. Ground level houses two queen bedrooms, each with two queen beds. A full bathroom serves these bedrooms. Enjoy the outdoors on the patio, furnished with a poly dining table and chairs set, and freshen up in the outdoor shower.

THE AREA:

For a change of pace, walk Corolla Light’s scenic 1-mile soundfront nature trail and be captivated by striking daytime views and spectacular sunsets. Immediately adjacent to Corolla Light Resort, you can climb the Currituck Lighthouse for sweeping views of the Outer Bank or visit Historic Corolla Park for its beautiful grounds, crabbing opportunities, three museums, weekly Wednesday 5k runs, and Cork-&-Craft event featuring local wine, beer, live music, and artisans. Also adjacent to the resort, there are numerous shops, restaurants, eateries, and mini golf in the Corolla Light town center. And don’t forget to book your ticket for a 4x4 tour to see Corolla’s famous resident Wild Banker Mustangs, a uniquely Corolla experience.



Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
