If you’d prefer to have the 90 cm x 197 cm sofa bed set up in the 1st-floor living room, please let us know at least 5 days before your check-in date so we can arrange it in advance.

If you arrive earlier, you’re welcome to drop off your luggage anytime after 11:00 AM while our maid prepares and cleans the house.
If you have a late afternoon flight, you’re also welcome to leave your luggage at the house between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM after check-out. ^_^

We use self check-in for your convenience.
You’ll receive the full house details and lockbox code before check-in. ^_^

If you need airport pickup or private van for Bangkok, Pattaya, or Ayutthaya, we can help arrange it — just let us know early. ^_^

> Cleaning & Towels
• Booking includes 1-time cleaning after check-out (full cleaning + bed linen change).
• Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged with 5 days’ notice (extra fee applies).
• We provide 1 towel per guest per stay — please let us know in advance if you’d like extra towels.
