Cette location d'été hebdomadaire a tout pour plaire! Dormir pour 12 personnes, une grande cour arrière avec cabane, salle de bain et douche extérieure et à quelques pas d'une belle plage. Il y a un parking hors rue pour 3 voitures. En plus d'une très courte promenade vers une belle plage, vous serez également proche de toutes les activités que la promenade de Hampton Beach a à offrir - de nombreux restaurants, boutiques, concerts gratuits, feux d'artifice d'été deux fois par semaine, Hampton Beach Casino, casinos de jeu, arcades et plus! Great cottage!

Lots of fun and ample at this cottage near all the action at Hampton beach. Short walk to a beautiful beach. The landlord was attentive and responded immediately to our questions. Overall a super vacation with our adult children and our 9 month old grand daughter.

Everything was clean and really practical. We had everything we needed to cook and clean. I would highly recommend this place and we totally enjoyed the closed in back yard for games and dining. Thank you Pat you did a great job on your break home. Gail LaPan

Perfect location

We had a great week in the house. It was nice to be able to spend a week with family and friends & would love to come back again. We loved the house, especially the backyard. It was an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. The only downside would be the bedroom descriptions. It should really show as a 3br with cabana. The upstairs is really one large room with a queen, full and 3 twins. And the downstairs queen bedroom is VERY small, just enough space to walk around the bed, no closet or dresser to unpack clothes/luggage & just an accordion door, so no real privacy. That being said, the house looks recently renovated and had everything we could possibly need.

Pleasant week away

My family and I rented 9 Dover Ave and were very happy with the recently renovated space and proximity to the beach. The property had a great backyard and was fully equipped with everything we needed. The one downfall was the rooming situation. The property listing references 4 bedrooms, when there are really only a true 3 (no door separating the upstairs spaces). Seeing as we’re a close family, this wasn’t the biggest deal but a more accurate description of the upstairs space may help set better expectations for future renters.

Fantastic time! Location was great!

The property was very nice. It was kept very nice. It was nice to have a backyard for the little ones to play. Communication with the owner was extremely prompt. Parking was good. Everything was great! We love Hampton beach and have stayed many places. This was one of our favorite properties. We would definitely stay again. We had a wonderful time. The bbq was very dirty though. We tried to clean it the best we could before using it.

Conveniently located

We loved this house by Hampton Beach. It was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, the boardwalk, and within driving distance to other local towns that we were visiting. The owner Pat was quick and attentive to respond to any communication and was an excellent resource for any local questions we had. The house had a nice fenced in back yard and a beautiful, roomy enclosed front porch. Would definitely recommend this as a wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful beach house

We have stayed in Hampton for several years and this was by far the best beach house we have stayed in. It was recently remodeled and it is beautifully decorated with everything you need . We enjoyed hanging in the yard and on the front porch. Would love to rent this house again

Womderful!

Wonderful! family rents many cottages for the 4th. The backyard was a blessing for the grandchildren to play guards or hang out. The cottage is beautiful.

Wonderful Home

Pat's home is absolutely beautiful. The close proximity to the beach is so nice, and the big back yard was used and enjoyed by all. We had 5 adults and 2 teens and everyone enjoyed themselves. We had an issue with the AC (newly installed) and Pat was quick to come over and get it figured out! She was super easy to communicate with, and I really cannot say enough about the gorgeous home!

Great cottage!

My family has been going to Hampton Beach for over 50 years. I usually rent through one of the rental companies up there but decided to try VRBO this year. So glad I did! The cottage was clean, had everything you could need and was close to the beach. There was plenty of room for two adults and six teenagers. Loved the outdoor shower and second bathroom. The were two AC units that cooled off the first floor very quickly. There were fans in the bedroom windows upstairs that helped cool it off but we put another fan in each room to help. There was a nice breeze that went through the whole house when the windows were open too. All in all, we had a great week and loved the place. I am hoping to stay there again next year and definitely recommend it!

Hampton Beach retreat

I have stayed all over Hampton Beach over the years and this property is great. I was sad to leave. Great location, great back yard! A small air conditioner would be great for the upstairs. I hope to stay with you again!

4 generation family vacation

We have been going to Hampton Beach for many years and stayed in various places. Our entire family agreed that this house was our favorite because of the location, the backyard and classic beach house vibe. If you like the vintage style this is it. Some family members rented other places because there was a total of 20 of us but this house was the perfect gathering place for lunch, dinner and hanging out playing corn hole and enjoying a fire. We had ages ranging from 4 to 74 including 4 teenagers (and it was great for them to have different areas to go to if they wanted a little space from the adults. The only issue we had was the oven didn't work when we tried to bake a ham (it was a rainy cold day). We figured out it was a problem with the touchpad. The owner was responsive and offered to come check it out but we just decided to cook it on the grill which turned out fantastic! We will staying again!

Old school Hampton Beach

9 Dover St. Was perfect for our family. It provided everything we could have needed. The cottage was a stones throw to the beach, had a large fenced in yard for our small child, and equipped with everything needed for a great stay at Hampton- including beach chairs, bogey boards, beach toys, and a high chair. Pat provided everything needed for us to arrive to clean welcoming cottage. The lay out is a little choppy but to be expected with any old cottage, but the living room kitchen and outside area we very spacious and we never felt cramped. The cottage brought back nostaglia and at a great price- especially for the week of 7/4. It was honestly one of the best weeks we have had up at hamptom and I have been coming up for 30+ years. Thank you again Pat for allowing us the opportunity to use your home. If available next year we will def be back at 9 Dover

Beach cottage with large family areas and smaller bedrooms

This was a typical Older Hampton Beach Cottage. But I was pleasantly surprised by the larger living room and kitchen. The backyard area is the largest, nicest most private backyard I've experienced at Hampton. It is surrounded by other housing, but with the white fence and privacy trees, you didn't even realize the surroundings. The bathroom accessible via the back deck was very useful. We had varying weather, rainy and beautiful days. We made use of the firepit on the cooler nights and the cornhole game on nice nights. Plenty of kitchen items, but could use 1 larger frypan for bacon and pancakes. Most of the beds were very comfortable. I was surprised the upstairs bedrooms are open through the ceilings. This might've been a problem if the teen guests stayed over. Overall, we loved this cottage and the hosts were very accommodating and easily reachable. We hope to rent again!

Beach houses don’t get any better than this.

We rented this house from Ms. Milone for 10 days in July. It was easily the best part of the trip. The beach is literally a block away. The house is fully stocked with everything that you could ever need. The street is perfectly located before you hit the one way traffic on the tourist strip of the beach. As listed, there are plenty of beds for up to 12 people. With just the three of us we started out downstairs, but fell in love with the upstairs bedrooms the most, with the view & a cool breeze blowing through the windows each night. We grilled on the bar b que grill almost every night and cooked in their fully stocked kitchen. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, you name it, this place has it. Even on the day that it rained, we all relaxed on the comfy furniture in the enclosed patio, watching the rain out of the windows and enjoying family time. The only part that we hated was saying goodbye. By the way if you need anything at all, don’t be afraid to ask, our hosts were so nice to us. Thank You Ms. Milone for making my first trip to the east coast so awesome, with great memories for years to come.
