Our full service kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home - new sets of flatware, glassware, cookware, condiments, and oils. Brew your perfect cup with the multi function coffee maker, or enjoy Fire Island teas from our sister property in New York.

LIVINGROOM
Enjoy movie nights in style with a new 65" LG C5 OLED Tv, immersive Sonos sound, and streaming apps galore - all set against a dreamy pool view framed by the arched window. Games and cards are ready for laid-back group fun.

BEDROOM AMENITIES
At Casa Amor, you'll find a 2 bedroom, 2 bath main house, exposed beams throughout, large capacity kitchen, and a dining room with an unforgettable view. The charming casita in the back houses its own surprises with another full kitchen, another full bathroom, and separate bedroom and private patios. Both havens include quiet washer and dryers, walk-in rain showers, new king size Posturepedic Elite Hybrid cooling mattresses, and dimmer switches to customize the mood. Every wall in every room houses hi powered outlets with additional USB-A & USB-C plugs for extra convenience.
Each bedroom also has hi powered Anker wireless chargers for your phone, watch, and airpods.

BATHROOM AMENITIES
Indulge in comfort with new plush towels, toiletries, quality shampoo, and body washes. Each guest (when there's 6 total,) would get 2 sets of soft linens.

CLOSETS
Each room at Casa Amor has a large walk-in closet with both wood and velvet hangers, a luggage rack, an iron, ironing board and a clothes steamer. The master closet has an outdoor clothes-drying rack as well.

TECHNOLOGY
Wi-Fi is a blazing fast 2GB fiber optic setup for personal, streaming and remote work efficiency. A new Wi-Fi7 mesh network is located throughout the property so access is strong both inside and poolside.

POOL
Cool off or lounge in style - our pool ranges from 1ft. at the wading deck to 5 ft. deep. In-pool chaise chairs a floating side table and umbrella make relaxing easy. Pool towels and floats are provided, and pool heating is available for $120/day (please request in advance; pool heating takes several hours.) Professional cleaning occurs Mondays and Thursdays, with optional visits available for an additional charge.

HOT TUB
Unwind in the 10 person hot tub connected to the pool with a cascading waterfall - perfect for evening soaks under the stars. Heating is available for $20/hour and must be scheduled in advance. We'll take care of the rest.

AL FRESCO DINING
Experience the magic of desert evenings with outdoor dining for eight in the back garden. The new dining table, lounge seating, and gas grill make it perfect for casual meals or festive dinners. New dinnerware, grill tools, and an extra propane tank are all ready for you.

BAR FUN
Shake up something special with our curated cocktail glassware inside and durable plasticware for poolside sipping. Out of respect for the home’s vintage structure, we kindly ask that no smoking or open flames be used on property.

SOUND SYSTEM
Our Sonos system delivers rich, high-quality sound inside the home for movies or music. The City of Palm Springs strictly forbids outdoor audio of any kind—including phones or Bluetooth speakers—with a minimum $500 fine for any noise heard on the street or next door.

EV CHARGING
Charge up with ease — our private pay-as-you-go EV charger is available nightly from 9 PM to 6 AM. There’s also a fast Electrify America station just two minutes away at the nearby Bank of America for lightning fast fill-ups.

Keyless entry exists on the entire property. You will be given a unique door code for entry into the front gate and the house doors. A wireless gate remote will be available during the rental period to close the gate once inside.

We are available for any questions or concerns from 11am - 9pm during your stay. We want to make sure you enjoy our house as much as we do!

The house is easily accessible from the 111, from Ramon, and via car or ride share. There is a bus stop on Ramon within a block of the house. The airport is a straight shot down Ramon and is 2.5 miles away. Plenty of street parking, and parking in the driveway behind the gate.

We absolutely adore this house and ask you treat it with the same respect as you treat your home.
