Our law firm needed a place for staff to convene while on a business trip together. This space was perfect. So much space and lots of amenities.

Property is huge. Lots of space for our group of 6. Pool is nice and the nearby pool bar, lounge area and bathroom were a plus. Unfortunately, we lost power to that area and it took a couple days to get that rectified. There was also a hottub issue, but that was resolved very quickly. The house could use a facelift but all and all it's a great spot for a large group and I'd revisit without concern.

We regularly maintain and update the property, including several furnishing upgrades before this summer, and our listing photos reflect those improvements. We apologize for the power outage affecting the pool house during your stay. Storm and lightning damage required a professional electrician to replace the affected electrical components. The storm also damaged the original hot tub beyond repair, but we were pleased to have a replacement delivered and installed the day after check-in for your enjoyment. Loved everything about the property. The host kept the lines of communication open without being asked. A nice hideaway with close proximity to so much the city had to offer.

We loved the yard, deck & hot tub! Our large group had plenty of room to sleep. The mattresses were comfy. There were lots of seats, inside and outside, to eat and visit.

The house is old. It needs updating. BUT the house was as advertised. It was very clean. Check in/check out was easy. Property manager responded quickly to emails. Plenty of room for 8-10 people. Hot tub was clean and hot. The pool was not open for the season yet. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Amazing and convenient!

Family Vacation

This is a great property for a family vacation, close to the airport and local shopping, but tucked away in a quiet area with lots of space. We've stayed at this property several times and enjoyed it every time. It's perfect for our annual family vacation with friends. The property management team has always been great to work with, every step of the process.

Great Location for us!

We had a wedding in Newnan, Ga. and needed to pick up and take some to the airport. This was the largest affordable home available between the two!

Clean and Quiet

The property was very clean and spacious. We loved the closeness to the city yet in a very secluded quiet and gated area. Management was very helpful when we needed to add a day on to the beginning of the stay last minute. Would definitely stay there again.

Mini Mansion

We had a great time while renting g this home for the weekend. The communication was top-notch! I will definitely rent again and take advantage of the pool. All in all it was a great stay!

Great stay

I really like the location of the property. I did have a issue with the jacuzzi but my issue was addressed. This house had plenty of room. I really love the bottom floor. I would def stay here again.

Annual Family Vacation

We've stayed at this property 2 years now and plan to continue staying here every year. This was a perfect setup for 2 families of 4 with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a shut in vacation of friends (adults and kids). Property manager has been very easy to work with, great with communication, and very responsive.

Great property for a family getaway!
