TigerTown Tranquility is a stylish Lake Hartwell retreat where Clemson tradition meets lake life. Enjoy lake views and a glimpse of Death Valley from your private balcony, three queen bedrooms each with its own ensuite bath, and thoughtfully curated Clemson décor throughout. Less than 10 minutes from campus, it’s an ideal home base for game weekends, graduations, campus visits, summer camps—or exploring Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee, waterfalls and the Upstate.

WHERE CLEMSON TRADITION MEETS LAKE HARTWELL LIVING

Welcome to TigerTown Tranquility, a spacious three-bedroom, three-bath retreat overlooking Lake Hartwell and less than 10 minutes from Clemson University.

Once my son's home during his years at Clemson, the condo has evolved into something especially meaningful to our family—and we hope, to other Clemson families as well. Throughout the home, thoughtfully collected artwork and décor tell pieces of the Clemson story: generations of football tradition, the evolution of Memorial Stadium, Clemson life on Lake Hartwell and the university traditions that make this place so special.

Whether you're here for a game weekend, graduation, a campus visit, parents' weekend, summer camp, a lake getaway or simply time together, the condo was designed to give everyone room to gather and a comfortable space of their own.

The community sits along a quiet cove of Lake Hartwell with a swim/fishing dock, boat launch and overnight boat slips that may be reserved in advance. Back at the condo, enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the private balcony overlooking the lake, with Death Valley visible in the distance and even long-range mountain views on a clear day.

THE LIVING ROOM

This is the gathering place.

Settle into comfortable seating around the 75" smart TV, where you can log into your own streaming accounts and pick up your favorite shows or weekend games right where you left off. (There is no cable.)

You'll also find a lending library—take one, leave one—along with games for rainy afternoons and extra throws and blankets for movie nights or chilly evenings.

Clemson and Lake Hartwell history is told with touches telling the story you'll see carried throughout the condo, making the space feel connected to where you are rather than like a generic vacation rental.

THE KITCHEN

The full kitchen is stocked for everything from a quick breakfast before heading to campus to dinner after a day on the lake.

You'll find granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, a blender, sandwich maker and other small appliances, wine glasses and all the usual kitchen essentials.

Coffee drinkers have a Keurig coffee maker, with Keurig pods, sugar/sweetener and mini creamers provided. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap and paper towels are also supplied.

And then there are the bedrooms. Each has its own personality and its own piece of the Clemson/South Carolina story.

THE FOOTBALL LEGACY ROOM

A tribute to generations of Tigers, The Football Legacy Room celebrates Clemson football without feeling like a sports-themed hotel room.

Carefully chosen artwork follows the evolution of Memorial Stadium and Clemson football through the decades, complemented by vintage-inspired pieces and bits of Tiger history. It's a room designed for the person who understands that a Saturday in Death Valley is about far more than four quarters of football.

The room features a plush pillowtop queen bed, private ensuite bathroom, dresser, nightstands, reading lamps, dedicated workspace and closet.

THE LAKE HARTWELL ROOM

Clemson's story doesn't stop at the edge of campus.

The Lake Hartwell Room celebrates the lake that has been part of Clemson life for generations, with artwork connecting the university to the water—from a historic view of campus across Lake Hartwell to Clemson Crew and the longstanding tradition of students enjoying life on the lake.

Relaxed, comfortable and distinctly Clemson, this room features a plush pillowtop queen bed, private ensuite bathroom, dresser, nightstands, reading lamps, dedicated workspace and closet.

LOWCOUNTRY IN THE UPSTATE

A little bit of coastal South Carolina tucked into Clemson.

Lowcountry in the Upstate brings another beloved part of South Carolina into the condo through natural textures, landscape-inspired artwork and collected pieces that evoke the marshes, waterways and wildlife of the Lowcountry.

It's a quieter, more relaxed room with a sense of place all its own, featuring a plush pillowtop queen bed, private ensuite bathroom, dresser, nightstands, reading lamps, dedicated workspace and closet.

EACH ENSUITE BATHROOM

One of the condo's biggest advantages for families, couples and groups is simple: no one has to share a bathroom.

Each bedroom has its own full ensuite bath with a full-size granite-topped vanity. We provide a hairdryer, liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, along with a full set of plush towels and toilet paper.

Each queen bed is prepared with soft, cozy bedding, four pillows—two medium and two soft—a quilted bedspread and extra blankets.

THE LAUNDRY

A full-size washer and dryer are available for your use, along with non-toxic laundry detergent, a folding area, iron and other useful laundry items.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES

There's plenty to enjoy without ever leaving Harts Cove.

Community amenities include a pool, fitness room, clubhouse with pool and ping-pong tables, charcoal grills, fire pit, volleyball and basketball courts, swim/fishing dock, boat launch and boat slips. Boat slips must be arranged in advance; please see the house manual for details.

During the school year, the free CAT bus also runs between Harts Cove and Clemson approximately every 30 minutes, except holidays and game days. Pickup and drop-off are conveniently located in front of the clubhouse.

A NOTE FROM OUR FAMILY

Our family has traveled extensively, and we've tried to incorporate the things we've appreciated most as guests into TigerTown Tranquility: comfortable beds, good pillows, plenty of towels, a well-stocked kitchen, spaces where people can gather, and the little things you don't realize you need until you need them.

We also care deeply about the products used in our home. We use all-natural, non-toxic cleaning, laundry and household products rather than harsh chemicals to help provide a fresh and comfortable stay.

Most of all, we've tried to create a place that feels connected to Clemson—not simply a condo near Clemson.
