This Golf Villa has a large living room with spectacular wraparound view of the golf course, comfortable sofas and excellent furnishings. Remote controlled split A/C units throughout the house.  Sonos wireless audio system. Whole house WiFi, with coverage of the porch area.  Large fully furnished porch area with views to the golf course.

3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a powder room.  Sleeps 8.  Large TV room with an 80 inches screen TV.  All TVs are controlled with Chromecast TV Streaming Media Player to watch streaming movie services (i.e., Netflix, Amazon Prime), and with USA and world channels. Brand new gas grill. 

House includes a maid that takes care of the housekeeping and cooking. The basic service includes daily cleaning (i.e., vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, washing dishes, changing bed linens, laundry, etc.) and the service for breakfast and lunch. Food is not included.

Dinner at the house can be arranged upon request at an additional cost.  

Items in the fridge and pantry are for you to share.

TRAVEL INFO:

RESORT FEE: $30/adult/day (12 years of age and older), $15/child/day (between 4-12 years old), and children under 4 years below are granted free access. This fee is payable when you register at Casa de Campo. Each guest will receive an ID card which is to be presented to access the beach club, make restaurant reservations, etc. This card entitles you to a 15% discount at participating restaurants, sports facilities and other activities. You will also have access to golf courses including advanced reservations at special rates and use of the fitness center at a special rate. The resort fee also includes access to healthcare services at the Central Romana Medical Center.
