Hi Nina, very sorry to hear it was not up to your expectations. I was unaware there was any leak with the shower, I will get on that right away. As for the mattress covers, I have high end mattress covers on all mattresses to ensure full cleanliness, unfortunately the previous guests had them severely stained so they were removed right before your check in for full cleaning. As for response time, my messages were (for the most part) very timely, however the one message you’re referring to, I did reply apologizing for the delay and explain that my app hadn’t notified me of any messages. Hi Cathy, I’m sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your stay. I was especially sad to hear after you checked out, and not a moment sooner, which meant I had no ability to try and fix anything. You mention a cabinet door off hinges in the kitchen, both I and my cleaner looked, there was no door off any hinges. The only one without a door is a small spice cabinet that has never had a door, nor does it have one in any photos of the unit. As for the size of the couch, it is a love seat and is shown as such in the photos. The shower door, I hear your concern and I have since had a handyman by to fix it. As for the leak that occurred, again I was not made aware until after so I could not send anyone to fix. It was repaired immediately upon learning about the issue. I’d ask in future if there are any things not to your liking, to advise before checkout so something can be done. I hope you have a lovely day.
