The interior of the loft is fully equipped to provide you with an exceptional stay. The kitchen will allow you to prepare your favorite meals while if you prefer to relax there is the comfortable couch and smart TV.

Our space is a loft, which has:

-1 bedroom with 1 king size bed, air conditioning.
-1 full bathroom with towels and hot water.
-Kitchen equipped to cook all your meals and snacks.
-Dining room with Smart TV in the living room.
-1 parking space
-WiFi

- Extra guests are not permitted. As an exception, a baby under 2 years old may be accommodated at an additional cost of $250 MXN per night, as the administration considers them an extra guest. The corresponding payment will be processed through Airbnb once the reservation is confirmed. A bath towel and beach towel will be provided for the baby.

- If you need any special item, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will do our best to have it ready for your arrival.

- Our neighbors are very important to us so we ask you to be very respectful and keep the noise down between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

- Out of respect for the neighbors, noise levels should be reduced between 09:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
- Parties are not allowed on the property.
- For security reasons, only registered guests will have access to the property. There can be no additional guests inside the property.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property or on the balcony. If the staff notices cigarette odor, burns on the linens, or cigarette butts on the floor there will be a penalty of $1,500.00 MXN for the sanitation and deodorization of the property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- We kindly ask you to make responsible use of the air conditioning.
- Any damage related to the property (linens, appliances, furniture, walls, pool, etc.) will be subject to a repair cost penalty.
-Due to weather conditions in Puerto Vallarta, power outages may occasionally occur. These are usually brief and service is restored quickly. We appreciate your understanding
