Sunset Paradise is a 3rd floor, water-front, corner unit condo that is bathed in natural light from its extra corner-unit windows. This condo is part of the Bahia Vista II condo association located on the very popular island of Isla Del Sol. The views from the balcony pan from the Delgado Memorial bridge, the famous Don Caesar all the way up the intracoastal waterway! This updated and elegant condo has an open floor plan which includes the kitchen, dining area and living area. Additionally, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The master suite has a slider door with access to the patio as well as a view of the intracoastal waterway from the windows. It features a plush king-size bed and a large walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo and dual vanities. The secondary suite overlooks the resort-style pool, hot tub, and lush grounds. There are two comfy twin beds and a large bathroom with a full-size shower. Sunset Paradise has a fully equipped kitchen to make a quick breakfast, a lunch to bring to the beach or a delicious dinner in. Some of the included items are pots, pans, baking ware, plates, cups, flatware, serving and storage pieces, utensils and small appliances. The large dining table offers plenty of space to entertain and enjoy a tasty meal together. The condo has a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your private use. The condo is outfitted with hurricane impact windows and sliders, which make the environment inside more comfortable and quieter. We’re currently planning thoughtful updates to the living room furniture, dining area, and entertainment setup, all designed to enhance your comfort and experience. The Bahia Vista II community offers an incredible swimming pool and hot tub, with a view of the intracoastal waterway. There is a private beach just a few steps from the condo, available only to guests in our condo association, and is another great location to watch the sunset, aquatic wildlife, and a wide variety of boats. In addition, the island offers lovely, designated walking and biking lanes that are surrounded by royal palms, ponds, and waterways.

Sunset Paradise was designed and furnished to help guests feel at home and offers the convenience of home while away. All linens and towels are provided. There are sound machines, multiple luggage racks and beach towels located in each bedroom. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cooler and pool noodles are provided. There are many other things we have included to make your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible. Lastly, we supply a starter welcome kit that offers a few essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher pods.

Countless activities are available for both the young and young-at-heart. Enjoy the area's walking and biking trails, fishing, swimming, golfing, boating, sight-seeing trips, nightlife, casino cruises, sunset cruises, watercraft rentals, shopping and so much more.
