Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID, as well as pay the non-refundable $38 through Truvi. Additionally, guests must send the Refundable Damage Deposit via Cash App or Zelle.



We kindly ask that you inform us if you are bringing pets or plan to check out after 10am so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.



If you do not inform us about you bringing a pet before your reservation and/or bringing pets other than dogs, and we find evidence of a pet, you will be charge $175 dollars instead of $100.





Check-out Policy:



All guests must check out by 10:00 AM unless a late check-out has been requested, approved by the host, and paid for in advance.



If any guest remains after 10:00 AM without approval:

- A $200 fee applies for the first hour (10:00–11:00 AM).

- After 11:00 AM, an additional $100 per hour will be charged.



Late check-out option:



- Must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours in advance.

- Cost: $40.

- New check-out time: 12:30 PM.



If guests stay past 12:30 PM (with approved late check-out):

- A $200 fee applies starting at 1:30 PM, plus $100 per hour after that.





House Rules:



No parties or events allowed.

No smoking allowed.

Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.



No unregistered guests allowed.



Please note: A fee of $200 will apply for each additional guest beyond the number of guests in the reservation.



Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.

Please respect check-in and check-out times.

Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.

Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.

Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

Please do your dishes.

Please take the trash out before you leave.

No illegal substances allowed on the premises.







Parking Rules:



To ensure smooth access and convenience for all guests and residents, please note that the driveway must remain open at all times. This allows everyone to enter and exit without obstruction and helps maintain a safe and organized environment.



Parking is only allowed in the designated spots located in the rear yard. Each unit has specific parking spaces assigned to it. Guests must park only in the spaces designated for the unit they are renting. Parking in another unit’s assigned space is not permitted and will be considered a violation.



Parking in the driveway or in a spot not designated for your unit is strictly prohibited. The driveway may only be used briefly for loading or unloading luggage or supplies.



A $75 violation fee will be charged for each occurrence of a vehicle parked in the driveway or in a non-designated/unauthorized spot. This applies each time a violation is reported.



Parking Alternatives:



Guests may park on the street if additional space is needed.



If both of your designated spots are occupied, you may contact us to check if the other unit’s spaces are available for temporary use. Availability will depend on current guest occupancy.



Please ensure that all guests and visitors follow these parking rules to avoid any inconvenience or additional charges.





OUTDOOR CAMERA RULES -

For the safety of all guests and the property, outdoor security cameras are installed and actively recording in designated exterior areas. These cameras are strictly for security and safety monitoring purposes only.



Tampering with, covering, disabling, or obstructing any security camera is strictly prohibited.



Any evidence of tampering will result in a $150 fine and may lead to immediate removal from the property without refund.
