Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest`s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
†The guest will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.
†Availability of free underground parking (1 Spot).

The neighborhood offers a family-friendly vibe with access to parks, playgrounds, and gentle paths ideal for biking or jogging. Local shops and cafes make it easy to grab essentials or enjoy a casual bite without going far.
Nature lovers will appreciate nearby green spaces and lakeside spots for boating, fishing, or simply soaking up the fresh air. Itâs a quiet, peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to entertainment and dining options.
â Car: Easily access nearby attractions and shopping centers.
â Biking: Scenic bike trails throughout the community.
â Walking: Pedestrian-friendly paths for casual strolls.
â Rideshare: Uber and Lyft operate in the area.

†The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
†Unfortunately, I can`t offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
†Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any packages you order to the unit.

1. There is no front desk as this is a house property. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony if there is one. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for the next guests.
6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am and keys must be placed as instructed. I often accommodate late check-outs if I know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $50 charge per each additional half-hour stay.
7. All bookings require the Primary guest`s photo ID and the complete names of the guests above 18 years of age.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
