Nos villas sont avec vue sur l'océan sur l'une des plus belles plages de toute la Floride.Ocean Breeze est une nouvelle construction, avec toutes les commodités de la maison (appareils en acier inoxydable, granit, armoires en érable à travers -3 téléviseurs plasma, wifi et câble). Cette villa dispose de 3 chambres (King, Queen et 2 lits simples.) Nous acceptons les animaux à 100%, votre membre de la famille à quatre pattes adorera la belle plage. Nos villas ont été conçues par des décorateurs Adobe, l'un des premiers designers de St Augustine. Ocean Breeze sera votre maison loin de chez vous. Sortez sur votre balcon privé et profitez de la vue imprenable sur l'océan! Le matin, regardez le lever du soleil et les dauphins gambader dans les vagues. Ocean Breeze est parfait pour les activités de plage, ou profitez de promenades au coucher du soleil le long de nos belles côtes. A proximité, vous trouverez de nombreux excellents restaurants. Nous sommes également à quelques minutes en voiture du centre-ville de St Augustine, où vous trouverez de nombreuses attractions et nos boutiques pittoresques. This place fit our family of four’s needs great. Plenty of space and well equipped. Beds were comfy and the 2nd level porch was very relaxing in the afternoon. The beach was so close and right by a lifeguard stand, which we appreciated. There was one maintenance item that we brought to Glenn’s attention and he was very receptive about getting it handled. We’d be happy to stay again!

Beautiful 3-bedroom walkable to ocean. We had a wonderful experience and Glenn was a great owner to work with. He made sure we were all good and was available and responsive as needed. Everything was set up very nicely. Great owner to rent from for sure!

Beautiful beach vacation

Glenn is an excellent, friendly host. Responded quickly to questions. The place was so clean, quiet, and comfortable. So close to the wide beautiful beach and so many fun places to go. St. Augustine is awesome. Thank you, Glenn.

Loved Our Stay

Our family had such a wonderful time in St Augustine and this property suited our needs in every way. It was very clean and comfortable and an easy walk to the beach. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and found everything we needed to make that happen easily. I highly recommend this property for friends and family groups

Butler Beach Stay

This house was the perfect place for our stay. We had 6 people and felt like we had plenty of space. We loved being able to walk to the beach and it was close to everything we needed to get to. Glenn was great about communicating as well.

Perfect!

We had the best time at this beautiful beach house at butler beach. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and we loved the location. Glenn was so hospitable and checked on us throughout the week. Such a great trip, we will definitely return.

Delightful Stay

Our stay here was delightful. The place is clutter-free and the rooms are spacious. The third bathroom is located downstairs which is convenient for obvious reasons. The balcony off the master suite was my favorite place to sit in the mornings and in the evenings. The breeze and the view of the water is exactly what I needed.

Very nice stay

So close to the beach. Even though the A1A is right there you never hear it except for back porch. Lots of space and 2 1/2 bathrooms. You truly can see and hear the ocean from the upstairs balcony. Beach is beautiful. Plenty to do very close by. Glenn was very accessible and accommodating. Definitely worth it.

Weekend R&R

Property was amazing! My whole family were very impressed by the cleanliness of the home from the moment we stepped inside. St. Augustine is like a 2nd home to us and we normally stay at a hotel closer to city but THIS beach house beats any hotel stay for sure! Kitchen was spacious enough to prepare meals in the morning, and the dining room area was perfect size as well. The beach is within walking distance and we very much enjoyed every minute of our stay! Looking forward to planning more vacation stays here in the future.

Wedding Weekend

This property was amazing. Mr Glenn had thought of everything including puzzles and games, extra batteries for the remotes...normal everyday things that you might forget on vacation. The neighborhood was very quiet and we met the ones staying next door who were very nice. Excellent all around!! Fanatstic Weekend! Highly recommend!!

Amazing as always!!

We are repeat vacationers at Glenn’s place and will be back again soon! The house is amazing-always has everything we need, PLENTY of space, we sleep great, easy easy walk down to the beach. And dealing with Glenn is always great. He communicates well and goes above and beyond to be accommodating and make your stay stress free from booking all the way to check out. Can’t say enough good things about vacationing here!!

Very clean and well stocked property. Check in was a breeze and host was super accommodating and property is great! very close to the beach, easy walk and this beach drive on and easy access. Location is superb! Looking forward to staying with this host again.

Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay was exactly what we were hoping for! It had the right amount of small beach town vibes! Perfect getaway from busy days at work. I cannot say enough about our host Glenn who not only responded to any message I sent, but had everything we would need in the home for us. It felt so welcoming and clean. We all enjoyed morning walks on the beach, evening dinners in the kitchen, and the short drive to see the Night of Lights. The neighborhood was also very friendly. We will be back!

Great house!!!

We had the best time at Glenn’s property!! The house was perfect for our family of four and our dog. Plenty of space for everyone, walk to the beach was super easy and the neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. The house had everything we needed and then some and we felt right at home. Glenn was great to work with and always responded very quickly. Will definitely continue to stay here for vacation.

Heavenly Beach and Super Stay

We stayed for a month in March and thoroughly enjoyed tit. The property was very comfortable, well equipped and just around the corner from one of the best beaches in the world. We loved sitting on the upstairs balcony with the ocean view having coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. The back porch was great when it was too windy in the front. Close to all the attractions.

What a fantastic place! And dog friendly too!

We’ve rented a pretty good number of beach houses, but this one was by far the best. On first entering, it was immaculate, smelled great, looked great. It’s obvious it’s well taken care of. It was so nice having the large, well equipped kitchen to work in. Everything we needed was there. Three bedrooms upstairs, with the master having a huge king bed and an “en-suite” bathroom (obviously pretty newly remodeled as well) with a very nice walk-in shower. The master opens up to a balcony from which you can watch the waves on a very nice beach (and you can drive in the beach). Back downstairs, a very large tv and comfy couch and chairs too! Backyard was perfect for the dog. Lots of stuff to do in the area plus great shopping and great food. It’s St. Augustine of course, so there’s the historic district to visit as well. Our host, Glenn, couldn’t have been nicer. Very responsive and amazingly fast to get back with answers to questions. And, we enjoyed it so much (a one month stay) that we rented again for next year!
