Make use of the grill in the shared backyard, then gather on the front porch to share stories of the day's adventures. Top it all off with a dip in the shared pool! Unwind in the open living area, featuring casual-chic decor and a smart TV. Gather in the family room where a sleeper sectional and a smart TV await. Host a movie night here, or play games at the adjacent table. Between the living area and the family room, the nautical-themed home office provides a desk and a quiet place to check email or plan the day's activities.
Prepare hearty meals in the gleaming kitchen, fitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances including a French-door fridge. Keep the chef company while perched at the center island.
