New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Dock your boat at this four-bedroom, two-bath waterfront cottage located right on the canal and with single-story convenience. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second has a queen bed, the third has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has a double bed. Dawn's Delight has central heat and air, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, a cable TV, and free high-speed WiFi. Other amenities include front-and-back covered porches, an outside shower, and parking underneath the house.

house was very nice. Spacious and located nicely on the ICWW. The only 2 things I have to complain about is the sliding doors on the bathroom did not work well and we also had to kill about 6 cockroaches.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

We were staying in Holden Beach after a family wedding. This house was the perfect place to rest and relax. We spent most of the time on the deck which had a great view of boats, birds and water. The house was a 5 minute walk to the beach which was great.

Updated house, very clean and thoughtful in all preparations for guests. Chairs on the outdoor furniture were in fantastic shape. It was very enjoyable to sit on the back deck in the evenings. We will be staying here again.

This was a nice stay and close to the beach. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the beach wasn’t too crowded for July. There are some restaurants and stores close by for convenience. The house was clean and kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Our only disappointment was no handsoap was provided for bathrooms, we were only given one trash bag and minimal toilet paper - for this price, I would hope we could be given more supplies to last us the week.

Fantastic Home

This home was fantastic. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The walk to the beach was short and the view of the canal from the back deck was so peaceful. Highly recommend.

Great House for a Family

This house was great for our family. It is a spacious house with a great open layout from the kitchen the the living room. The covered porch on the back makes for a great sitting area while watching people fish off of the dock in the canal. Not a far walk to the beach access and easy to get on the beach.

Great Beach House

The location to the beach as well as the Intercoastal was great. We had family with beach front access and we were only a few houses away from them. The set up of the kitchen and dining area easily flows when you are making dinner. Loved the back porch with enough chairs to accommodate all of us.

Great place!

We had a great, comfortable stay at Dawns Delight! The deck and furniture were wonderful and made for relaxing evenings enjoying the waterway and ocean breezes. Nice walk to the public beach access and plenty of storage under the house for beach cart and fishing gear. The only suggestion that I have for the owners would be a lawn care service. Grass was way high.

Beautiful, comfortable and plenty of room. Peaceful back deck with lots of chairs. Front door lock is difficult to operate..perhaps add to instructions that you must turn the lock piece and add the code. The icemaker didn't work either.

Cute Little home!

We loved the coziness of this home. Bedrooms were awesome and the right size with personal little touches. Kitchen was great size and so was living area. Deck on the back, totally awesome!!! Dock was a little small and cleats were postioned weird, but we made it work. Thank you!!! We trully enjoyed this house!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Dawn’s Delight. The short walk to the beach was very manageable even with a couple of small children, and we loved spending as much time as possible on the deck, kayaking in the canal, etc. Check-in and check-out were seamless. A few small updates are needed to ensure continued functioning of the facilities. The appliances are getting outdated (stove and fridge didn’t work super well), and additional kitchenware is needed for families who plan to cook all/most meals at home. One of the shared bathroom doors was not working, which was a little frustrating since the only other entrance was through a different bedroom. We did request that it be fixed, but management wasn’t able to fix it during our stay. They did indicate that it would be fixed in the future. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Dock Your Boat??

This house has a lot of potential: location, light-filled rooms, good views, plenty of seating, and for the most part it was clean and well equipped. The biggest drawbacks that keep it from being a 5-star house are as follows: NO cleats on the dock! The description of the house begins with "Dock your boat" but that's hard to do without something to tie it to. It took a lot of time and effort to figure out an effective way to secure the boat. Also, while the house seemed very clean, we killed roaches and palmetto bugs daily. Finally, the doors leading out to the deck had internal blinds with the exception of one window that had no blinds or covering at all. If some of these items were addressed, we could see ourselves returning.
