This house was in perfect for our stay! The A/C was amazing, it was super hot during our stay, so coming home to a comfy and cool house was perfect! I would 100% stay here again! Great location! Don’t sleep on the pizzeria a block away, their food was amazing!

Perfect Beach Get Away

Wonderful experience in a great location. The house was very welcoming, we felt like we were home when we walked it & it was extremely clean! Loved the views of the ocean & stars from the porch. Highly recommend this home for others looking!

Perfect family vacation spot and comfy home.

Loved the location, esp to the beautiful ocean. Everything is as advertised from the pictures online. Buxton had everything we needed for the week. The only recommendation is bring a truck because the road to the house isn’t really car friendly.

Great First Time in OBX

We booked this property based off photos and reviews on line. I was so relieved when we got there that the house was very accurately represented from the online pics. Everything was very clean, organized, so easy to check in and out and close enough to the beach where we can go back and forth all day. We cooked most nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was perfect for a family of 5 for 3 nights and I wish I had booked it longer.

Nice little family beach rental.

Nice..well stocked except for needing more towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. The vacuum didn’t work?!

Home away from home

The house was very clean and roomy. The kitchen was equipped with almost everything you need. We were even gifted a few trash bags, a small bottle of dish soap, dishwasher powder, laundry powder, and a sponge. The only negative was the coffee maker was broken, which is a very small inconvenience. Will definitely consider staying here in the future!

Flooded street

The house was great. Had everything we needed. The street however was always flooded so we had to park elsewhere and wade through the flooded street and yards to access the house. Highly inconvenient.

Best place ever

This was our first stay at a VRBO...we usually move daily...lucky to stay 2-3 nights. We travel with birding as our main goal. The OBX was a perfect place to settle in and go for daily birding trips. This place was perfect for the us. My husband and I planned to travel alone. I selected the lodging based on the pictures and the price. When we had three bedrooms, we invited 2 of our friends. I love to cook and the kitchen was so wonderful to cook the fresh local seafood. I also loved the walks on the beach...just lovely!!!

Wonderfully appointed beach home

This comfortable home was thoughtfully laid out. The kitchen had many easy to use appliances and a wide variety of utensils. All of the seating was relaxing. The views from each room were interesting, including the wonderful 7.5 second reliability of the lighthouse. The only missing elements would be some hooks in the lower level shower and some tools (like a broom and shovel to clear the driveway) in the enclosed space.

Beach Dreamer 4-BB

This is the cleanest house we have ever been in. Beautifully, but comfortably decorated and filled with every kitchen gadget or appliance you could ever need. The short walk to the beach was fantastic and you could see the ocean from two points. We loved sitting on the deck watching the sun come up and go down. We definitely want to return to the perfect Beach Dream (er). Thank you for sharing your lovely home. My husband says its first class!

House Fantastic, location horrible

Hard to enjoy a vacation house while wading in 2 feet of ocean over wash with washed out septic tanks and floating trash bags. Just to get to the truck parked on higher ground. I’ve stayed in this house many times over the years. Road just keeps getting worse. We will never stay on North Tower Rd again.

Loved our stay in OBX at Beach Dreamer!

This house was the perfect size for our family of 4. Very comfortable, well stocked and very nicely maintained. Perfect if you want a one-floor plan. Short walk to the beach and loved having the Cape Hatteras lighthouse shining on us at night! We would give it 5 stars, but have to take off one for the condition of the road in front of the house. Something really needs to be done to repave it by the community. Every time it rained, the huge potholes would fill with water, flooding the street. Made it very difficult when coming and going.
