Dolphin Watch was amazing!! Home was beautiful and the private beach access was wonderful. Our expectations were exceeded. Such a great place for a family and so relaxing. The views are beyond beautiful. We will definitely be booking Dolphin Watch again for our next summer vacation.

Very well stocked kitchen. Lots of games and books. Perfect layout of great room. Absolutely spectacular views of the beach. The outside shower gets a gold star. Wonderful family beach house. Ty to the staff and owners for a wonderful vacation experience!

Enjoyed house.

The house itself is nice. My only complaint is that I was quite dissatisfied with what I read was to be Vacasa Premium cleaning. Glad I brought my own sheets and towels. Bath rugs dirty. Counters and dining tables sticky with dried on food. Carpet didn’t seem to be vacuumed. You can tell it’s a pet friendly house. Vacasa did offer to send someone to take care of issues, but I took care of it myself.

House and Vacasa a dissapointment

Rental house in a great location, beach access very easy. Home maintenance a major issue, lower level AC not functioning the entire week and Vacasa never properly addressed. Also, from when we booked rental last September the hot tub was removed and no notice or adjustment was given. Overall Vacasa's response was about as bad as it gets. We have been a 17 year customer of Outer Beaches Realty and always had a great experience. Unfortunately the acquisition by Vacasa and poor customer service - at least from a maintenance perspective - was such a negative experience we have booked with a different Rental company (family owned) for 2023 and will sadly move on after 17 years.

Mixed review

The views are spectacular and easy beach access. The house is old and needs refurbishing to get rid of the musty smell. Not as "dog friendly" as we had hoped--no place to hang wet leashes or dog towels. This rental does have the BEST ocean views of any rental we've been at.

Dolphin watch 224

Having the beach in your backyard is a huge benefit of this home. Kitchen is well stocked with items to use for cooking. Home is a bit dated and bathrooms could use an upgrade to the fixtures and removal of mold in showers. The wonderful deck overlooking the ocean is a great place to relax and listen to the ocean.

The house is pet friendly and people friendly. If you can't relax watching and listening to those waves crash in, you are not alive! This house's kitchen is extremely well appointed. Only thing we bought was a shrimp de-veiner and we left it and two puzzles fir the next guests.

This was our 9th year in Seven Stars! We love this house. It is spacious enough for a group of 8 but cozy enough for a family of 4. The loft, screened porch and all the decks are amazing. The walk to the beach is short and the sound views are spectacular, especially at sunset. The lovely family that owns this home makes sure that it is kept in tip top condition..
