To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests — and to help us maintain the property in excellent condition — please review and observe the following house rules. Failure to comply may result in additional fees, early termination of the stay, or forfeiture of the security deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1. Check-In & Check-Out
We’ve received an increasing number of early check-in and late check-out requests. While we do our best to accommodate them, it’s not always possible due to cleaning and preparation schedules.
Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and an additional $25 per hour fee (maximum two hours). Unfortunately, extensions beyond two hours cannot be granted. To avoid inconvenience, please plan your travel times accordingly and reach out in advance if you’d like to request an adjustment.

2. Amenities & Décor
Enjoy the complimentary coffee and tea provided for your comfort. Please use these amenities thoughtfully to minimize waste. Our furnishings and décor have been curated with care to create a refined and relaxing environment. Kindly refrain from moving or altering any items so that future guests can enjoy them as well.

3. No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas and must dispose of cigarette waste responsibly. In accordance with building policy, violations will result in a $500 fine and may lead to immediate termination of the stay.

4. Illegal Substances & Activities
The possession, use, or sale of illegal drugs — or engagement in unlawful activities — is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate eviction and notification of the appropriate authorities.

5. Parties & Events
To maintain a peaceful environment for all residents, parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. Our property is located in a residential community — please respect the comfort and privacy of our neighbors. Violations may incur additional cleaning or disturbance fees and could result in early termination of the stay.

6. Visitors & Occupancy
The number of guests must not exceed the number listed on your booking confirmation. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Any unapproved visitors must receive prior authorization and are subject to a $50 per person, per night fee. For security purposes, our Trust & Safety Manager monitors occupancy via the building’s entry system in accordance with building regulations.

7. Noise & Courtesy
Please keep noise levels reasonable at all times and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Avoid loud music, shouting, or any activity that may disturb others. Maintaining a calm environment ensures an enjoyable stay for everyone.

8. Damages
We understand that accidents happen. If something is damaged or broken, please notify us immediately so we can arrange for repairs or replacements. Guests are responsible for the cost of any damage or loss beyond normal wear and tear.

9. Safety & Security
For your safety, ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property. We are not liable for loss of personal belongings, so please store valuables securely during your stay.

10. Kitchen Use
Our fully equipped kitchen is available for your enjoyment. Please tidy up after cooking, wash used dishes and utensils, and dispose of waste appropriately. Waste and recycling bins are provided for your convenience.

11. Cooking Ingredients
To maintain the highest hygiene standards and minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we ask guests to bring their own cooking ingredients (such as oil, salt, pepper, and spices). All cookware, dinnerware, and utensils are provided for your convenience.

12. Children & Safety
Our home is suitable for children aged 2 years and older, though it is not infant-proofed. Children must be supervised at all times, particularly near balconies, stairs, and appliances. Safety is our highest priority.

13. No Pets Policy
While we love animals, we maintain a strict no-pets policy to ensure a clean and allergy-friendly environment for all guests.

14. Waste & Recycling
Please dispose of garbage regularly in the designated bins and separate recyclables as per local guidelines. Your cooperation helps keep the property clean and eco-friendly.

15. Energy Conservation
Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use or when leaving the apartment. Your mindful use of utilities supports our sustainability efforts.

16. Towels, Linens & Care
Kindly avoid using towels for makeup removal or cleaning spills — appropriate cleaning supplies are provided. Refrain from using hair dye or staining products in the bathroom to prevent damage to surfaces and fixtures.
