So, stay tuned for new pictures in the spring! The cottage has a great location within Summer Village. It is just a short distance from the Pavilion area in the center of the property. The pavilion area features a playground, cabana, family pool, kiddie pool, bocce, shuffleboard, and basketball. Whether you're looking for a nice getaway or an excellent retreat, this charming cottage is the perfect choice!

Summer Village:

Summer Village is a family-friendly community located on 43 acres of land. There are 3 pool areas. It has a large main pool area with a hot tub and a kiddie pool and a second, smaller pool. Other amenities include a playground; tennis, pickleball, basketball and bocce courts; a state of the art gym; a dedicated trolley to take you around the property to all of the amenities; barn with arcade and computer room; a putting green; weekend entertainment during the summer, like musical acts, comedians, etc.

Summer Village is located about 2 miles from Moody Beach. There are many beaches, shop and restaurants nearby. There is so much to do in this area! There is excellent fishing (strippers and blue fish), biking, boating & kayaking, golfing, beautiful beaches, many-many great restaurants, quaint shops and some of the nicest people you will meet!

Beautiful and historic Wells continues to be one of the finest family vacation spots anywhere, offering seven miles of coastline, the nationally recognized Wells Estuarine Research Reserve at Laudholm and the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Preserve.
Recreational activities include kayaking, canoeing, fishing, sailing and surfing. Miles of paths are available for hiking, biking and strolling and numerous golf courses are located in the area. Local events and craft fairs are held at various times of the year and are open to the public.
