Cook a full course meal effortlessly in the fully renovated kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and all necessary cookware and dishes you would find at home. Enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon lunch, or evening cocktails on the large private balcony that overlooks the Walking, Biking, Jogging Trail, The Grilling/Picnic Area, as well as the Amazing Views of The Beach and Gulf. *This complex does not have an elevator but it's only one easy set of steps to the unit and no long waits for an elevator!

*DISCLAIMER - This is our Family's Vacation Home that we are sharing so that our guests can enjoy it as much as we do. Because of that, we go a step above and have pride in keeping our condo neat & clean with nicer accommodations for all of us to enjoy as a home away from home. We want everyone to have a wonderful time but are looking for guests that appreciate a well taken care of rental and are respectful of our condo and its Furnishings. This is not a condo to rent and have parties.

Guest can rent bikes, golf carts or simply walk to several local restaurants and coffee shops. Parking at the complex is easy and free.

You will be given our contact information to either call, text or email us after booking so that you can easily reach us before, during or after your stay. We want all of our guests to have an amazing experience so please don't hesitate to contact us.
