Nestled near the Uintas, Mirror Lake, and Bear River, enjoy easy access to hiking, fishing, snow adventures, and wildlife spotting â then unwind in the community pool and hot tub after a day exploring Kamas and the surrounding mountains.
The Cozy Cub is a quaint, cabin-style retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. This charming space features 1 bedroom with a king bed, accommodating up to 2 guests, and offers a warm, homey feel with rustic wood accents and cozy mountain touches throughout.

The cabin features 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Outside, enjoy the yard and patio spaces, ideal for sipping coffee in the crisp mountain air or stargazing under clear night skies.
Guests can enjoy on-site snowcat, snowmobile, and ATV rentals â all ready to ride straight from the cabin with no hauling required. Thereâs also an on-site restaurant and general store, offering convenient dining and essentials just steps away.
Nestled in a serene neighborhood, The Cozy Cub is conveniently close to Mirror Lake Scenic Byway, the Uinta Mountains, Bear River, and world-class skiing. Guests can enjoy hiking, fishing, golf, and snow sports, or simply relax in the hot tub or community pool.
Whether you`re here for adventure or relaxation, The Cozy Cub offers a peaceful, rustic base for making unforgettable memories in the heart of Utahâs mountains.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.
Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
