Allow me to be state the pros and cons -Pros the area is within walking distance of a night market which has cars/bike rentals.There is a drop off laundry outside gate area.Bedroom and living room has TV-Cons The sheet are stained and they use to be white.You literally can see where others have sweated/stained.Room at the street very loud at witching hours.I had to call to inform host I had a roach problem. She quickly brought me 2 cans of Roach spray to spray myself.We stayed 1mth and they clean only once a mth. I had to purchase sheets to feel comfortable on the bed.I will not speak of the cleaness of the mattress.The details of the property states " If you haven't received Wi-Fi login contact host. There isn't any Wi-Fi in the room,you have to go to the poolside or gym.And there isn't any there either.I had to purchase Wi-Fi so I can do my work 180 USD.When I reached out to host for login she said that statement of having Wi-Fi was placed on there by VRBO.We had to stay in our room 4 different times waiting on maintenance.I understand that things break but I didn't want them giving me a time because we had appts. Maintenance for water leak under sink,water leak from toilet and AC maintenance 2x.If you are the type that doesn't need Wi-Fi or don't mind spraying for roaches andbuying your own sheets and at witching hours hearing negotiations for happy time ( you get what I mean)then this is the place for you. Sometimes you have to pay more to not to have to pay more .
