Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Convenient location. 1 minute walk to the beach or 10 minute drive to downtown. Would stay at this place again in the future.

Fantastic Location

This was the perfect rental for our family of 4. The proximity to the slopes, shopping, and dining was great and made our New Year's getaway easy. The festive decorations and view of holiday fireworks was amazing. Oh, and the condo was very comfy as well. Would totally stay again.

Excellent location and superb accommodations

Everything about this stay was perfect. We were able to sleep our two kids, my in laws and my husband and I perfectly. The view was stunning and we were even able to glimpse a bear from the balcony. The pool and hot tub facilities were great and refreshing. Recommend highly.

Great Slope-Side Condo

This condo is exactly as pictured and described...it is literally right next to the ski mountain! We had a great weekend watching mountain bikers and trail runners coming down and it was a short walk downtown to go out to eat. There was also great hiking right out the door. The condo was clean and had everything we needed...we would definitely visit again!

Perfect Ski In and very easy 5 min walk access to slopes and lifts

As advertised, a terrific condo with all amenities, with great south facing balcony overlooking base of Steamboat, nice hot tub both indoors and out. Could use a few upgrades like a new Toaster, addition of Kettle for tea drinkers and kitchen sink has slow drain. Overall, we would book again!

Just the best!

This condo was clean, well stocked (tp, paper towels, dishwasher and dish soap, kitchen towels
), and very comfortable/homey. It felt like staying in a condo that friends/family own. Hot tubs, sauna, indoor pool, ski in/out
this condo had it all. Laundry at the end of the hall too. Loved our time and accommodations in Steamboat. The views were spectacular too!

Overall excellent experience at Bronzetree #307.

Great location minutes to Gondola Village and Christie Express Chairlift. Ski to the front door of the complex and with convenient storage locker just inside the door. The unit is clean, updated and comfortably sleeps 4 up to 6 people. Was perfect for our group of 3 friends. Beautiful Mountain View’s from the main living room and bedrooms. Very functional kitchen. The shuttle service is fast and convenient with front door pickup to anywhere in town or to Steamboat Village.

Great location and view to base area

This property is in a very good location. Overall very clean. Did have stain on a comforter, and the unit could use some new pots and pans as most were warped due to heat and will not cook evenly. These aren't huge issues, just some things that needed attention. The littles may have some struggle negotiating the stairs in ski gear. Great view!! Other than, that location, location, location!!!

the property is reasonably close to the slopes so no complaints there. the unit could have been cleaner and better stocked with basic essentials. nobody wants to spend their ski vacation at the grocery store. speaking of which, you had to have a car, get an uber or ride a bus to the nearest grocery store, a detail not shared in the property description. the property managers did nothing to orient us to the various transportation options leaving us to figure it out.

Was disappointed that the upper parking lot was unavailable. This left us without elevator access. My husband recently had surgery and has a lifting restriction which meant that I had to struggle to get all our heavy luggage and groceries up two flights of stairs in order to access an elevator. Also disappointed that the pool and hot tub were unavailable as this was one reason I chose this property. I think that should be disclosed prior to booking. Would not stay here again

Great Week at Steamboat

This was our first trip to Steamboat and we had an awesome experience. It is an easy 30 minute shuttle from airport, and easy to check into this condo. The views, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were great. Utensils, plates, bowls, cups, cookware etc. were satisfactory, but limited and small (not on par with the rest of the accommodations). TVs were difficult to operate (we couldn't get one to work) and the instruction manual was not too helpful. Bring a bathing suit because the hot tub and indoor pool are awesome and easy to use. Ski lockers on ground floor near exit made it convenient to get to the slopes. The snow covered path from the trail made it easy to "ski in", but there is about a 5 minute walk down steps and across the street to "ski out". Easy 10 minute walk to resort base for shops, restaurants, etc. Downtown is a 10 minute or $20 Uber ride and well worth a visit. I'd recommend staying at this condo in the future.
