Get ready to be WOW'd with sweeping views from this 8th floor end unit. The condo has been professionally updated with a contemporary coastal vibe; includes soothing color palette furnishings, decor, flat screen tv's, fresh bedding, updated flooring throughout, state of the art kitchen and bathrooms, including beautiful cabinetry, topped with luxurious granite! Dining for 6 at the table and 3 bar stools. Beautiful touches and well-stocked kitchen essentials, too This is the vacation you have been dreaming of.

Panoramic views from the large ocean front balcony, makes this is a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. End unit with large side windows allows extra daylight thru sunset, and miles of sparkling bright lights on the nightime coastline.

Spacious main bedroom offers a King bed, over-sized main bath; glass-enclosure shower, plus, jetted tub. Three more large bedrooms, with combination of King and Queen beds, mean private space for everyone, until it's family time to gather and watch the large flat screen TV, plus free WiFi for streaming your favorites. Of course, full size washer/dryer included, too.

Windy Hill Dunes is a smoke-free campus. Outdoor amenities include oceanfront pool, large hot tub with plenty of lounge chairs around the sun deck. The on-site grilling area offers 4 XL Green Egg smoker/grills. A short walk over the dunes and your feet are in the sand! There are steps and a short "boardwalk" to the beach. Rinse off at one of the two outdoor showers, just a few steps from the pool.

North Myrtle Beach offers something for everyone! Choose from fine or casual dining, outlet shopping, beach souvenir stores, sports & recreation whether it's golf or fishing, even team sports and live music and theatre productions. The super large balconies are so nice! The property had anything you could ask for, a fully stocked kitchen, so many towels available in each bathroom. Our one suggestion would be to remodel the master bath. Many of the luxury condos we stay in have tiled showers with built in benches and hand-held shower heads, this would be wonderful. We enjoyed our stay in 806!

So cute! And well kept!

Part1: Such a cute condo on the end with a beautiful beach view! Everything we needed was there. There’s even a closet full of beach stuff (so don’t go buy your own!) in a door outside the condo. And it’s all for your use! They have all the kitchen utensils needed. Although they do not have any food items such as salt/pepper, oil sprays or anything like that. They also don’t overstock you with paper towels, toilet paper, towels, wash cloths, dish soap, dish washer detergent (powder only), or laundry stuff. So be sure to buy your own! The elevators were easy use and we hardly ever had to wait more then 2 min for one. The garage elevators didn’t work at first which was a hassle since the pedway from the garage to the condo was on the 3rd floor and we had to park on the 5th floor. However, we later discovered that there is temporary parking right in front of the hotel/condo that is used for loading and unloading. The pools were very nice and never overcrowded during our stay (aug27-sept3). There is a pool tenant who checks to see if you have your pool bracelets. The beds were very comfortable and the condo stayed decently cool. It was FREEZING from the door to about the kitchen area and then beyond the kitchen area was pretty toasty. The front bedroom was very warm during the day. I’m glad we brought extra fans! I want to believe that if the owners put up curtains on the windows that are in front of the dining room table that it would stay a lot cooler in there.

Very nice condo

Location was great with this place. The Pool, hot tub and lazy river were great and clean. The condo was in great shape. Only thing i would change is the king and queen bed sheets. I believe they were new but regardless they felt a bit like sandpaper. The full size sheets felt very soft. Overall this place was amazing and will most likely try to get the same condo.

Windy Hill Dunes has great amenities, 3 elevators, a glass walkway over to the parking garage, lazy river, pool, and hot tub. Love the very large balcony! All the countertops were beautiful. The condo is large with a great flow, love the master bedroom that has access to the balcony. Since this is an end unit the views were amazing!

The only thing I would change is living room furniture needs to be upgrade to either a sectional w/ recliner or couch, loveseat, and recliner. Additional dishes should be removed from cabinets for food storage. Only one set of 8 or 12 dishes are needed. Everything else about the unit allows for a great stay with family and friends.

Not Unit 1501 by any stretch

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to NMB for the past 12 years with our son and grandsons. For the past 5 years we stayed in unit 1501 but unfortunately this year it was already reserved. We noticed unit 806 and it also sounded perfect. upon arrival at the unit, the kitchen pantry was locked, thus all groceries had to be put on the kitchen counters. Very disappointing. When attempting to wash some dishes in the sink, we discovered water on the floor and discovered two buckets in the cabinet under the sink which apparently no one bothered to fix the leak. The sliding glass door in the master bedroom was locked and could not be unlocked thus preventing us from going out to the balcony unless we went into the living room. We have dealt with ODVR for many years and they are extremely accommodating, pleasant and professional but you may want to speak to the owners of this unit

Dirty/ uncomfortable mattresses

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is decorated nicely with a wonderful view of the gulf. However, after walking around a few hours post arrival, our feet were black. At the beach one expects a little sand/dirt, but this was extreme. Housekeeping came on Sunday to clean the floors. It looked like they hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. The king mattresses were very uncomfortable. I had to buy mattress toppers for my parents to be able to tolerate them. The bottom of the king comforters we’re black from not being washed and touching the dirty floors. The queen mattresses were fine. The staff at the rental agency acknowledged the mattress issue, but did nothing about it and did not follow up at all. It’s unfortunate that past reviews have stated that the mattresses needed replaced and the rental agency/owners have ignored the issue. I would think that a $700 mattress would be a better investment vs. poor reviews. The next review will probably state how clean the condo is- because I cleaned it again after the housekeeper got the initial filth off of the floors. The first 2 days of my vacation included cleaning the condo...good luck to future renters.

Dirty/ uncomfortable mattresses

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is decorated nicely with a wonderful view of the gulf. However, after walking around a few hours post arrival, our feet were black. At the beach one expects a little sand/dirt, but this was extreme. Housekeeping came on Sunday to clean the floors. It looked like they hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. The king mattresses were very uncomfortable. I had to buy mattress toppers for my parents to be able to tolerate them. The bottom of the king comforters we’re black from not being washed and touching the dirty floors. The queen mattresses were fine. Great week at windy hill dunes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family arrived to to a room that was ready and cleaned when we arrived. Rental agency was extremely organized and efficient. Only issue was the sheets on king beds did not fit. They continuously came off. Not a big deal but they really need deeper pocket sheets

Large clean condo with great view. Nice location with swimming pool, hot tub, and lazy river. Enjoyed our stay - we'll be back!
