Downstairs House across street from beach w/Pool
Come and enjoy an "original" coastal cottage at this private residence duplex. This is "B" (BOTTOM) level of this duplex offers ground floor entry. On this lower level, the bedding arrangement consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The master features a Queen with it's own private bathroom, tub/shower combo. One guest room offers 2 DOUBLE beds (sleeps 4 per room). The 3rd guest room has a King bed and shares the remodeled hall bath (shower stall only/no tub). Bathrooms are nicely updated in this vintage home.
There are flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and the family room area. Plenty of seating space for family gatherings in the living room with the sofa and two recliners. The kitchen offers full size appliances, complete with a large table that seats 8, to enjoy meals or game night together. Great grilling options (charcoal and gas) for hot dogs and burgers around the outdoor tables and chairs and umbrellas, too.
This property has an exterior surveillance camera located under the back stairwell, capturing the area between the back of the house and The Nest, including the exterior laundry door. No audio is recorded.
Bike Friendly but please NO SMOKING AT THIS PROPERTY.
