Guests will have full access to the entire home, the private backyard with hammock, sun-loungers, and parking for up to 2 vehicles.

The Phoenix is locally and professionally managed by Coast & Range to ensure the utmost care and personal service is provided to all of our guests. We can communicate through the AirBnB messaging system or via phone/text following a confirmed reservation - we’ll take your lead!
The minimum age to rent is 28 years old. If you`re younger than 28 please reach out to discuss your scenario - rare exceptions may be granted.
