Prior to arrival, guests will be given a unique access code for a safe and seamless check-in experience.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood has a very friendly and laid-back atmosphere. Many residents enjoy stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Besides the beach, residents can enjoy numerous parks and recreational facilities. The nearby Pompano Community Park offers sports fields, an aquatic center, and walking trails. The area is also well-connected with major roads like A1A and US-1 nearby, facilitating easy travel to other parts of Pompano Beach and neighboring cities like Fort Lauderdale.



Getting Around:

The condo is located in a walkable community close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Bringing a car would be the most convenient option but rideshare services like Lyft and Uber are also available.



Other Things to Note:

- This unit is located on the second floor and there is no elevator in the community

- Smoking is not permitted

- One available parking spot ONLY

- Pets are not allowed

- Parties are prohibited

- Hosts must be notified of visitors

- Maximum of 4 guests

- Check-in form & ID upload required prior to stay

- The pool is heated but can fluctuate in temperature due to the weather and other conditions and may take additional time to heat up

- Stays of 7 days or longer are provided a started pack of supplies but anything after, guests will be required to supply their own supplies
