Architectural Flow: The open layout seamlessly transitions from the entry to the main living area, kitchen, and dining nook, with a decorative white spiral staircase leading to the upper level.
Design Aesthetic: The apartment maintains a beautiful, high-contrast style: dramatic black and white checkered marble floors provide a chic, bold foundation, complemented by bright white walls and dark wood accents.
Living Areas: The main floor features a comfortable white sofa and extensive built-in shelving, while the second lounge offers a relaxed grey sofa, a gallery wall of framed posters, and a wall-mounted Smart TV.
Workspace & Dining: The bright dining nook features a clean white table and stylish yellow-cushioned chairs, perfectly set up to serve as your dedicated workspace or for enjoying meals.
Please note that this property does not have a private water tank or cistern and relies entirely on the municipal water supply managed by the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (AAA).
As with any property connected to the public water system, service may occasionally be affected by infrastructure repairs, maintenance work, or unexpected outages in the area. While these situations are uncommon and outside of our control, they may result in temporary interruptions to water service.

We want your stay to be safe, but we cannot control nature.
- Refunds: No refunds of any kind will be issued for weather-related causes.
- Flexibility: In the event of an atmospheric phenomenon, we offer the option to reschedule your vacation, subject to our calendar availability.

Sol Street Vibe: Calle Sol (Sun Street) is generally considered one of the quieter, more residential streets in Old San Juan. It offers a peaceful contrast to the heavily commercial or major nightlife streets, allowing you to relax while still being centrally located.
Walkability: Old San Juan is highly walkable. You won't need a car to explore the historic district.

We offer several paid amenities as add-on services. After the reservation, these paid amenities can be ordered through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook. We offer packages such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel cribs, air mattresses, and birthday balloons.
Our Beach Essentials only include beach towels and beach chairs.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve included an Otium Starter Package in each of our properties. This package contains all the essentials you’ll need to get you started and feel right at home. You’ll find two large bath towels, one beach towel, one washcloth per guest, and a hand towel per bathroom. We’ve also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, we’ve included two snacks per guest, water, and one paper towel. We’ve also covered you with two toilet paper, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities of your stay. You may purchase our Otium Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, and Blanket Replenish Package via our Marketplace if you need more amenities.
Please respect the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.
To comply with all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for other purposes.
Just to let you know, all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that rules the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:
