Experience modern comfort and desert living in this newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo. Beautifully furnished and fully equipped, itâs the perfect retreat after a day of adventure. Unwind on the patio, lounge by the pool, or soak in the hot tub. Conveniently located near dining, casinos, world-class golf, and outdoor adventures, youâll have everything you need for the perfect Mesquite getaway.
YOUR INDOOR SPACE
Enjoy a great nightâs sleep and ultimate relaxation in this beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor condo, perfect for families or friends. Comfortably accommodating up to four guests, the primary suite features a king-sized bed, spacious closet, and ensuite bathroom, while the guest bedroom offers a cozy queen bed with a nearby bathroom. All bedding and pillows are encased in protective covers for your peace of mind.
Traveling with little ones? A Pack `n Play and other infant essentials are provided for your convenience.
The condo includes a full-sized washer and dryer with laundry supplies, making longer stays easy.
The spacious living room, complete with a smart TV, board games, and reading material, is perfect for relaxing evenings. An open kitchen, dining, and living area allow everyone to spend time together.
The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, baking sheets, toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, and basic condiments and spices, making cooking at home a breeze.
COMMUNITY SPACE
The community offers a variety of amenities to enhance your stay, including a pool and a year-round heated hot tub. While the pool isnât heated during the colder months, the hot tub remains inviting throughout the year. The community REC center serves as an additional gathering spot, featuring a full kitchen and dining area. There is also a fitness center with limited cardio equipment and resistance training. Enjoy a meal or a snack at the community grill and eating area, where you can also take in stunning sunset views. For a leisurely stroll or a place for the kids to play, simply follow the paved sidewalks on either side of the property to reach Marilyn Redd Park, located just a short walk away.
PARKING
You will have one covered parking space assigned to you. There are also many available uncovered parking spaces as well as RV parking for trailers and toys.
Guests will have full access to the condo space, except for a locked ownerâs closet. Guests will also have access to the pool and hot tub area, along with the REC center. There is also an assigned covered parking spot provided but guests may also park in any uncovered parking space.
Your co-hosts, J and Amy, are available when needed and live a short 5-10 minutes from the condo. They will be happy to help you when needed.
*Our home is a No-Smoking and No Pets property and there will be a $300 fine if evidence of either is found.
*Quiet hours are home 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
*We ask that guests remove their shoes as we strive to have the cleanest and best maintained property we can for comfortable guest stays.
* Please inquire for stays over 2 weeks as extra cleaning fees apply.
* Use of the pool, hot tub, and REC center requires a key fob. If the fob is lost, guests will be charged $200 to replace.
* NO SMOKING or PETS - $300 fine if evidence of either are found.
*Please remove your shoes. The asphalt residue is very hard on the flooring.
* Any guests or belongings brought onto the property outside of the original reservation are subject to an additional fee and/or removal from the property. The home and community amenities are for REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. If you have a need for a gathering, please contact co-hosts for prior approval. Fees may apply. Unregistered guests using or spending time in the property could result in removal of guest from the property.
* Please keep noise to a minimum in respect for our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00PM-8:00 AM. If management is called out for a complaint, there may be an additional $100.
*Pool/hot tub - The pool is located at the front of the condominium complex as you came in. Lost key fob for the pool or garage remote will result in $200 replacement fee.
*Please no glass in the pool area. Please observe all posted rules. POOL OPEN but not heated during the coldest months of the year. The hot tub is heated year-round, barring mechanical issues.
CHECKOUT: 10:00 AM
1. Please load and start the dishwasher.
2. Please start one load of towels.
3. Please set temperature at 69 in winter and 79 in
summer.
4. Locate remote and key FOB leave in plain view. Log out of apps signed in.
5. Please lock doors and windows.

checked out. It is very helpful for our
housekeeping staff.
