Située sur la cÎte pacifique de la communauté privée fermée du Pedregal à Cabo San Lucas au Mexique, la Villa Ponticello offre un accueil chaleureux à tous ses invités. Situé à un pùté de maisons de la plage privée de Pedregal, cette belle, 5 nouvelle année, 4800 sq. Ft. 5 chambres, 7 salles de bain maison est parfait pour votre maison loin de la maison.

Comme vous entrez dans la maison d'un beau séjour, salle à manger et cuisine avec une terrasse et vue sur l'océan Pacifique offrent le confort de la maison. La suite principale est située à l'étage supérieur et quatre suites supplémentaires, y compris un second maßtre, se trouvent ci-dessous au niveau de la piscine. Il y a une salle multimédia avec services de bureau, ordinateurs, fax et Internet.

Cette magnifique villa est située à cÎté d'un petit parc et une grande piscine à longueur. L'espace extérieur offre une vue magnifique sur l'espace commun et l'océan Pacifique, une piscine chauffée avec douche extérieure et jacuzzi / bain à remous, un grand patio et une grande terrasse. Cette maison construite sur mesure a des finitions et le mobilier de luxe.

Absolutely incredible and exceeded all expectations!

I can not say enough good things about our recent trip to this beautiful home. We went with several friends to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and this property could not have been more perfect for our group. The home is even more beautiful live than in the pictures, and the layout is ideal for a larger group. The home is a short walk, down a path to a stunning private beach where we were able to watch whales breeching and stingrays flying through the air. What really put this into the truly exceptional and unparalled category was the wonderful care we received from Karima and Marco. We ate some of the best meals we've ever had from Karima's cooking of her grandmother's recipes. She is an expert in over 10 different kinds of salsas! There was a delicious feast of a breakfast waiting for us in the mornings and the dinners were spectacular. She even went above and beyond and surprised my husband with an incredible tres leches cake on his birthday. Marco was a phenomenal host and the service made us feel equal parts family and celebrity! Every day, the house was cleaned and was spotless when we came back from our days activities which was such a nice treat and very appreciated by all. We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to the next time we can visit. Thank you so much for hosting our group and making this a trip to remember for a lifetime!

Great house and great location!

Second trip to this house. We rented this house out with a group of friends, and had the most amazing time! The house is beautiful, clean, very spacious, and in a perfect location. 10 min cab to all of the restaurants/bars, and a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. The chef was the amazing. She was such a fantastic chef, and never let us lift a finger the entire time we were there. I highly recommend this house.

Beautiful villa

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. Much better than expected and the staff were the cherry on top of the cake. Very clean and well looked after. Upon arrival the staff were waiting for us with appetizers and drinks and showed us around. The rooms are spacious beds are very comfortable. Large patios and great refreshing pool and hot tub. We will be back and highly recommend.

Great property and staff

Loved our stay at Villa Ponticello. The in home staff were wonderful and the property is beautiful. Easy to get into town for any activities but plenty of entertainment with the two pools outside the house for the kids as well.

Exceeded our expectations

Beautiful house. Very open and spacious and loved the large sliding windows that opened the living room and dining room areas to the patio. Really great set up. Incredible pool and hot tub and having the second pool was a great bonus. Lots of places to lounge outside. If you are visiting ask the staff to set up the hammock too. Also we have never had a chef before in a house that we rented so that was a great experience. The chefs cooking was really top notch. All the meals were delicious. Everyone definitely hopes to visit again.

Fantastic experience

Staying at this house was a great start to 2021. The location is perfect, the beach is only a few mins away, the neighborhood is quiet so I was super relaxed. But the true gem of this property are the staff, chef Karime was wonderful, the food was everything, the drinks kept flowing and she even made us a birthday cake!!! All around excellent house and experience. Thank you

Fantastic girls trip stay

Villa Ponticello is a beautiful property with gorgeous artwork and pieces. We loved Karime and Ciri; wonderful to have them there during the day to provide wonderful meals and service. The pool area was perfect for a group of five women. Second pool was nice, as was the proximity to the beach. Just note that the fifth bedroom is a double bed with no view and not comparable to the other four suites. We thoroughly enjoyed and would certainly consider coming again.

Amazing

From start to end this was a great experience. Before we booked I asked the owner a few questions via email which yeilded a phone call. The topic of the call was "How can we earn your business." My group is 5 couples from early 40's to mid 50's. This home was ideal for us. Each bedroom has an on-suite bath and 4 of the 5 have sliding doors for patio access. The maid and chef are awesome. Our cost of food was very reasonable and the quaility was excellent. If you book this home you will not be disappointed. The only negitive is you cannot swim at the beach, but the whale watching is excellent. We got to see a whale breech again and again. It was a real bucket list moment. Everyone in our group thinks a return trip next year is a goo idea. Thanks so much.

Family Vacation

We looked for a property that would accommodate my family (10 adults and 3 grandchildren) at a reasonable price. Villa Ponticello was perfect. The private pool and shared pool were wonderful. All of the rooms have sliding full length windows that open to the outside area. The beach is a short walk away (about a 3 or 4 minute walk). However, no swimming allowed as the undercurrent is too dangerous. The Pedegral subdivision is very nice and quiet. Taxis are expensive in Cabo and you need to take one to get to town. Karime ( the Chef) was fantastic. My recommendation is to take advantage of her excellent cooking. That will save you a lot of money and she's as good as any chef in town. If we return to Cabo we will definitely stay at this property.

We couldn’t have had a better time.

We would absolutely stay here again. Between Karolina (host), Marco (Chef) and Ciri (maid), we had an amazing time. I would recommend Villa Ponticello to everyone! Marco made us daily margaritas poolside along with meals and appetizers. Ciri never missed a beat making sure our house was always tidy. Can’t way to go back! Thank you for everything!

Fantastic Pedregal property

We had a great time at Villa Ponticello. Communication up to and during our stay with Karolina was fantastic. The accommodations were just as advertised...clean, spacious, safe, and comfortable for our party of 6. Karime and Siri were delightful to work with during our stay. Reviews of Karime's cooking "ability" do not do her justice. She is a fantastic chef, and was a complete joy to work with. Karime was always willing to do anything we needed of her...from grocery shopping to setting up reservations in town. I can't say enough nice things about Karime...we wanted to take her home with us after our trip!! Couple of things to keep in mind. We had our college kids with us, and they wanted to go into town a lot. You definitely don't walk to town from the property and need a taxi or Uber. The Uber drivers got lost pretty much every time trying to find the house (I think it was an issue with their GPS in the neighborhood). So if you are planning on going into town a lot, know that you will need a taxi (roughly 20 bucks for a group of 6 each way) or Uber (roughly 5 bucks each way if they can find you). The other thing to keep in mind is the nearby beach. The house is roughly less than a 5 min walk to the beach, which is great. And the beach is fantastic. Beautiful sand, great views, and perfect for long walks. The catch is the beach has signs posted "no swimming". The currents/rip-tide make the water very dangerous. We had a retired american pilot, who has resided there for over 15 years, come up to us while we were on the beach and stress how dangerous the water is (we have a 4 yr old) for the kids to be playing at/near the water line. He said that there are roughly 1-2 deaths/year from tourists "trying their luck in the surf" (which is a number I can't confirm/deny). My advice..beautiful beach, but just be careful. If you want to swim, stick to the pools at the house which were great! Overall, we had a great time and would not hesitate to stay at Villa Ponticello again.

Everything was awesome! Great home- great location- great fun. Karime the chef was unbelievable, not only a great cook, but extremely helpful with anything we needed! Make sure you tip those people, they work their ass off and probably don’t make a whole lot!

Can't Beat It!

You cannot go wrong with this Villa. From the time we booked it, until the time we left the overall experience was fantastic. Karolina is very detailed with her emails and upon arrival everything is exactly as she explained it would be. Manuel and Ciri were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond any expectations that we had. I had an unfortunate situation occur while we were four wheeling on an outside excursion and Manuel was kind enough to drive me to the Emergency Room to have an Xray done on my hand. He stayed at the hospital while the doctor's took care of me and then drove me back to the Villa afterwards. The villa is extremely clean, spacious and beautiful. There were five of us in the group and there was more then enough space for everyone. This villa could accommodate ten people without a problem. A wonderful perk is the lap pool and common area just over the small bridge. It is like an extension of the property that nobody uses. We hung out there quite often and also walked down to the beach which took about 3 minutes. Overall, the property and the Villa are wonderful and the community (Pedregal) is extremely safe. We have stayed at a Villa in Pedregal a few years ago, but this Villa was much better and the staff were wonderful. If your looking for the complete package this Villa is a no brainer, but book well in advance as it fills up quickly. We look forward to returning again in the near future. Steve

Beautiful place to celebrate my 35th birthday!

This was one of my best birthdays. I went to Cabo with a group of 9 people to celebrate my 35th birthday. The house was BEAUTIFUL, clean and spacious. Karime was AMAZING. She was super sweet and her food was delicious. She decorated the house and had salsa, guacamole, and drinks prepared when we arrived. She also made me a carrot birthday cake. She was extremely helpful on helping us arrange taxi's and with any questions I had. Siri was also very kind. She did a great job assisting Karime and cleaning up everyday. I appreciate them both. They were great hosts. Karolina was also very helpful. She helped arrange our shuttle to/from the airport. She also responded promptly when I reached out to her. The entire booking process and our stay was very pleasant. I cannot thank Karolina enough for letting us rent her beautiful home. If I ever visit Cabo again I would definitely stay at her villa. We all had a wonderful time. Thanks again :)

Amazing vacation

The property is lovely-comfortable and spacious. Loved the spa and pool. Best of all were the delicious beyond belief meals prepared by a talented, joyful chef who made every meal a memory. Appreciated the prompt response to questions and help offered by manager.

Stunning Villa and Amazing Staff!

The property was perfect, and Karime and Siri were unbelievable with the meals and keeping the villa immaculate. We would definitely stay here again if we ever have the opportunity!
