Enjoy our special rate of $2000 mxn per adult per day for pool & beach club access. (1600 mxn will be applied to the consumption of food and beverage ) | (discount applicable for children). The Neighborhood:
Guests will have access to the full Condos, plus access to The Paraiso Residences Terraces overlooking the marina and gym in the tower with gorgeous ocean views.

Getting Around:
Paraiso Residences is on the upper level of Puerto Paraiso Mall, so you will be steps away to Cabo San Lucas Marina. It's a place where everything happens and within walking distance of restaurants, clubs strip mall shopping area! You'll feel like you are in paradise with its amazing views of yachts and boats cruising by every day.

Medano Beach is within walking distance as well as Cabo San Lucas Downtown, both less than 5 minutes away. Getting around the town: - Uber service is very convenient, with the exception of Airport and Resorts where it isn't allowed.

LOUD NEIGHBORHOOD: Being located just in downtown, a few steps from Cabo's nightlife, so it might be noisy if you are very sensitive.

If you plan to rent a car, please let us know in advance to advise security.

Please don't forget to leave your Condo keys when you leave, lost keys have a replacement cost of $20 USD
We accept small dogs, however we need to be notified before arrival.
Vaccination certificate is required.

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
