This second-floor Plaza Mar condo accommodates up to four guests with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a private balcony, an equipped kitchen, individually controlled air conditioning and access to the building's shared rooftop pool and terrace.

Housekeeping three times per week, 24-hour staffed reception, drinking water and beach equipment make the condo particularly convenient for stays longer than just a weekend.

Beach chairs, towels and an umbrella are provided.

The building sits at the beach edge of Zona Romántica, with Olas Altas immediately nearby and Los Muertos Beach only a few minutes away on foot.

This is a central Zona Romántica location near restaurants, the park, beach activity and nightlife. Guests who enjoy walking to everything tend to appreciate that location; guests seeking resort-level seclusion should be aware that normal neighborhood and street sounds can occasionally be heard.

There is no onsite parking.

Maximum occupancy is four guests. Note: Due to our HOA restrictions, we cannot accept service animals.
