Set on over 3 lakefront acres in the exclusive, gated Northshore community, this custom 4,300-sq-ft lodge overlooks Lake Nottely and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Enjoy lakefront serenity and beautiful views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Sleeps up to 14 across 4BR/3.5BA, ideal for families and groups. Minutes to downtown Blairsville, Morganton, and Blue Ridge, with easy access to hiking, fishing, marinas, and more.
---THE SPACE---
Start your mornings on the viewing deck with coffee and mountain air. The main living area invites you to unwind with its statement fireplace, big windows, and comfy seating. Downstairs, the movie and game rooms bring the fun: wet bar, pool table, and poker tableâideal for game days and late-night hangs.

-Bedroom 2: King bed
-Bedroom 3: Queen bed
-Loft: Two bunks, each with Queen (bottom) + Twin (top) + Twin trundle
Outdoor living
Two expansive decks deliver year-round enjoyment: the upper deck has an outdoor wood-burning fireplace and dining space; the lower deck is perfectly positioned for sunsets. Stroll down to the lakeside fire pit and your private boat slip along ~220 ft of shoreline for effortless days on the water.

Getting Around
A private vehicle is best for traveling in the North Georgia Mountains. If you need referrals for local taxis or one of the several wine tasting transportation options, please let us know.
The roads are paved all the way to the cabin. The driveway is paved and plenty of parking is available parking is available. The garage is not available for parking, but an EV charger is located there for guest use.
Other things to note
If you are visiting during the winter months and the forecast calls for snow/ice, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is suggested to more easily travel the roads throughout our community and to our cabin.
The property is regularly sprayed for bugs, but please note that you're visiting the forest, and our bug friends live in and around the river and forest. You'll likely see a friend or two if you leave the doors or windows open.
Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out.
For the safety and security of our home and guests, this property is equipped with:
Exterior security cameras located at the front door, side door, and garage door. These cameras face outward only and do not monitor any interior spaces.
Noise monitoring devices (decibel monitors) installed in common areas inside the home. These devices track sound levels only; they do not record audio or conversations. No devices are placed in bedrooms, bathrooms, or sleeping areas.
These measures are in place to protect our property, respect community guidelines, and ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests.
HOUSE RULES
-No smoking is allowed (including vaping) anywhere on the property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $500. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages
-Person booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old to reserve and must occupy the rental property throughout the whole stay.
-No parties or events are allowed. We are located in a residential community and, although this is a vacation destination, this area is predominantly families and nature-loving groups. This is doubtless part of its appeal to you too! Between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am, noise should be kept to a minimum.
-Maximum occupancy of 14 people. Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest.
-No pets allowed. We love our furries as much as you, but no pets are allowed due to allergies. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.
-Indoor fireplaces cannot be used between April 1 and September 30. Use of the fireplace during this time will result in a $250 fine. Be sure the flue is open. Please extinguish the fire and close the doors before leaving the home or going to bed. NEVER LEAVE A FIRE UNATTENDED WHEN LEAVING THE HOME OR GOING TO BED.
-We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. We highly recommended guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather-related issues (tropical storms, hurricanes, etc.) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.
-PLEASE do not place loose garbage in the outdoor garbage cans. Our garbage service will not collect our garbage unless it is bagged and tied off. Please ensure it is properly bagged (extra bags are located under the kitchen sink), tied off, and secured to keep our wildlife from gaining access.
