Cozy 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo Près de MGM et le port national

Si vous préférez une intimité totale, ce magnifique condo de deux chambres, deux salles de bain complètes est fait pour vous. Le condo est au niveau supérieur et tout est à vous. Ce sera une expérience totalement différente de celle que vous vivrez dans le sous-sol de quelqu'un. C'est comme avoir son propre appartement pendant ses vacances. Qu'est-ce qui pourrait être mieux?

L'unité dispose de deux grands téléviseurs à écran plat avec plus de 100 chaînes câblées et un forfait sport. Tous les lits ont de nouveaux matelas fermes pour le confort des invités. Un joli sac de rangement et un lit de jeu, et une porte est disponible sur demande pour votre tout-petit. Le lit sera adapté aux enfants de 2 ans et moins.

Il y a deux volées d'escaliers à monter; un vol à l'extérieur et un vol à l'intérieur du condo.

Lorsque disponibles, les clients auront accès au club house. Cependant, ils sont responsables des frais applicables et du respect des règles et des règlements de l’Association de copropriété (détails sur demande).

Je suis plutôt un hôte autonome, mais disponible 24h / 24 et 7j / 7 en cas de besoin.

Tous les invités sont tenus de présenter une carte de stationnement dans leur véhicule en tout temps. L'hôte fournira jusqu'à 4 laissez-passer de stationnement. Toutefois, l'invité doit retourner chaque laissez-passer de stationnement pour éviter de payer des frais de 200 $ par laissez-passer imposés par l'association de copropriété.

Situé à seulement 10 minutes du port national, de la MGM, des points de vente de Tanger et de nombreux restaurants. Il est également à seulement quelques minutes du centre-ville de Washington, DC et de la Virginie. La station de métro la plus proche est à seulement 15 minutes. La communauté dispose d'un parking gratuit, de la sécurité sur place et d'un clubhouse pour les événements invités. Si vous ne louez pas de voiture, je suggère Uber ou Lyft. Les transports en commun sont également une option.

Condo is located close to nearby attractions so everything was easily accessible. Yvette was very responsive and provided many unexpected amenities such as snacks, coffee, etc. Condo is dated and on the edge of a declining area but was very clean and we had everything we needed. We never felt unsafe at the complex, but the Southern Ave metro station (closest one) is definitely in a sketchy area that I wouldn’t visit after dark. That said, it was a great place to stay and relax after long days touring the city and going to a wedding. Great experience overall.

Perfect

This property was perfect for our Thanksgiving visit. Located in a nice area that is close to so much. We used Ubers to go everywhere even though the property is nice enough to provide metro passes. Very clean and comfortable and Yvette couldn’t have done better. If I ever get back to this area again I would stay here. Thanks for such wonderful hospitality!!

Comfortable

Decent area with relatively easy access to DC. Beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms are small and just ok, kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals without a problem. Nothing fancy for sure, but over all very comfortable for the cost.

A great place to stay

This was my first experience using Vrbo and I couldn't be happier! Yvette is wonderful and kept me informed every step of the way. The property was comfortable, clean, and convenient to the National Harbor area. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend this to anyone traveling to the DC area.

Best Vaca ever!!!!!

This property manager knows how to treat her guests! Weeks before our departure she kept us informed and up to date, responding in a timely manner. We found the condo tucked away in a cozy neighborhood minutes from downtown DC. Lots of parking in a quiet clean complex. We found the condo way beyond our expectations, the pics do not do this pad justice. Fully stocked and clean as a whistle this home away from home was close to shopping, metro station, church and resturants. I will recommend this place to my friends and family, have already. Will definitely stay again!

Great Stay!

From check in to check out, Ms Yvette was great to work with! This location was perfect for what we needed. It was a quiet area and close to the interstate to get into DC. The property had everything and the beds were so comfortable. The only thing is that if you have individuals with mobility issues there are some stairs that they will need to navigate. This is all detailed in the listing. This would not have been an issue for us if one in our group did not have to have knee surgery before we went, our issue not the properties :-). It made for a great workout for her, so it was a plus! Ms. Yvette does well in communicating with you and I would definitely recommend this property if you are in the area!

Great customer service!

Yvette was great to deal with. She even accommodated us an extra night on short notice. The complimentary snacks were very nice and the location was close to a grocery store and 15 minutes to the metro station. We really enjoyed our stay and felt like we were staying at a friends house while we were here! Thanks again Yvette!

Great Property for the Price

Yvette was a very considerate host. The condo is stocked quite nicely, kitchen is fully stocked. We were starving after traveling for 8 hours and my kids enjoyed the snacks. Thank you Yvette, it was very comfortable in your condo.

Great stay only 25 min from Wash DC

This was a quiet condo neighborhood away from busy DC. Our family of 4 (2 teen boys) were comfortable in this property. The snacks, water, and coffee were very appreciated. Yvette was very kind and easy to communicate with. The commute was easy with the Waze Navigation App. We also tried to travel at non rush hour times which made our commute no more than 30min. Speaking of phone apps, another must have for DC is ParkWhiz.

Great property. Very roomy. My husband and I stayed with our two adult daughters and there was plenty of room. House had all the comforts of home. Close to everything, yet far enough for it to be quiet. Priced right. I'd stay here again.

Great location and price

Owner is very responsive. The place is comfortable, has private parking and a reserved spot, and the neighborhood has a bus stop. We enjoyed watching movies on the couch and chaise lounge. Very close to a good grocery store. Get your MetroCard and you are all set!

Excellent!

Ms. Yvette was awesome and her condo was a great home away from home. We stayed for 3 nights while touring D.C. The commute to & fro was pretty easy with our waze app and a little patience. Depending on when we left the condo, we spent from just 20 minutes to 1 hour from her door to downtown D.C. We found it best to leave about 9:30a to get to our museum of choice just after 10a. The space in the condo was just perfect for my family of 5 - my husband and I, our 7 month old, and my parents. My husband enjoyed the same streaming services we have at home, and I appreciate the local channels. Ms. Yvette was an excellent communicator, and amazingly hospitable. Based on her photos, we knew she would have snacks but we were pleasantly surprised to find canned foods in the cupboard after our long trip into town. We were glad to restock on our shopping trip (just minutes away) the next day, but she refused stating that she had it there to be used. If you are looking for the comfort of home and a great deal, this condo is the right choice. If we return to the area, there is no question that she will be our first choice!

Enjoyable snd roomy!

Enjoyed our stay. Roomy and convenient. Loved the small balcony/ terrace. We sat outside many evenings enjoying a glass of wine or watching the thunder and lightening show. We will look this place up again when we return to the DC area.

Great price for the amount of space

This home is very clean although it does have some cosmetic issues. There are plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The snacks are a nice touch. TV and Wi-fi were great to have too. A nice quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of DC. Overall a great value based on the location and space.

Very disappointed

The pictures are much nicer than the actual place, unfortunately. When we walked in the front door, we were greeted by giant spider webs above the door. The stairs were not vacuumed and even my 12 year old boy who has high tolerance of messiness commented on that. The refrigerator was not cleaned well. I am not really a neat freak and I noticed it. There are soft spots on the hallway floor which makes me wonder if it has to do water damage. Last but not least, the owner, who is really responsive, told us the day before our arrival that we can't use the master shower because the water is leaking behind the dry wall, so not an easy fix. Even though it's priced right, we will not rent this property again.

I purchased this property specifically because of it's wonderful location. I enjoy hosting and maintaining the condo. I pride myself on providing a nice and clean place for my guests to vacation at a reasonable price. Clorox and Lysol wipes and sprays, and the Swiffer are now my friends! I also appreciate guest feedback. It has helped my business succeed. If my guests find something missing, they tell me and purchase it. I never want my guests to feel like I'm not considering their needs.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

It's reasonably priced and always nice and clean. The condo is cleaned and disinfected after each guest. The linen is always clean and I provide plenty of towels and washcloths. The beds are extra firm with nice mattress toppers for guest comfort. I supply snacks, breakfast bars, oatmeal, assorted coffee and tea for the Keurig, sugar, sugar substitutes and creamers. The condo has two 55" TVs with 100+ channels, a sports package, Netflix and Roku. Security patrols the community at night assuring guest safety.
