Niché au sommet d'une montagne dans la forêt nationale de Chattahoochee, ce chalet rustique offre un équilibre parfait entre un décor rustique et le luxe moderne. Profitez des longues journées de randonnée sur les sentiers locaux, suivies des heures de socialisation au coucher du soleil sur le porche au deuxième étage!

Le salon principal est doté de parquet, d'un plafond voûté en panneaux de bois, d'une cheminée à gaz en pierre, d'une télévision câblée intelligente à écran plat, de 2 canapés et d'un accès au porche.

Quand il commence à neiger, retirez-vous dans la caverne de l’homme pour vous réchauffer près du foyer à gaz. Avec une table de billard, une table de poker, du craps, une roulette et une kitchenette bien équipée, cette salle sera le lieu de rencontre habituel.

Great cozy place to stay.

Stayed here for a guys Golf weekend. Great setup and room for 4 vehicles, we all traveled from different states. Some of the outdoor furniture was a little weathered and buzzing in was slow upon arrival. All round good place to retreat. Would stay again.

Lovely cabin!

The cabin was clean and better than what I expected! It would have been nice if we were notified that there was small water leak in the kitchen sink but other than that it was perfect! I will definately stay here again!

Good size cabin for a large family, in a very convenient location to grocery and downtown Blue Ridge

Cabin in nice quite surroundings, good for family gathering and making memories: ample couches, tables, beds and kitchen equipment. Needs some care and updating: garbage disposal did not work, slow draining kitchen sinks, upstairs toilet backed up, fire pit door falls off, some screens not on correctly and could use some cleaning around window sills.

Isabel, we're glad that you enjoyed many of the cabin's wonderful features! However, we're sorry that some aspects of your trip fell short of your expectations. We wish you would have reached out during your stay- the guest contact is always happy to help! The garbage disposal was replaced after your departure, but during your stay, they had put a wire strainer to catch any food particles. We believe the issues you experienced to be due to the strainer being removed, as this could easily clog the drain. While we have not received feedback about the toilet backing up before, we're sorry if this was your experience. There are plungers provided in the instance where there is an abundance of tissue, or the guest contact is always glad to be of assistance. The house was pressure washed in October, and all window sills were cleaned inside and out. The owner has been made aware that some window screens are missing clips, and will be addressing this promptly. Thank you for making us aware of the fire pit door, and this too with be dealt with quickly. Thank you for all of your feedback, and we hope to have the chance to travel with you again! Nice Cabin!

We were in town with family for a wedding. The Cozy Sunset cabin was perfect for our needs...two families with 3 girls and a boy between them. The upstairs was great for gathering while the kids took advantage of the separate area downstairs. The inside of the cabin was as described and looks exactly like the pictures...very clean, all the appliances you may need. The outside, however was in desperate need of pressure washing to get rid of the pollen and spider webs and the landscaping needs to be trimmed way back in all areas of the yard. We would stay here again if we are back in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay overall—this cabin is a great spot with a ton of potential. The space was perfect for our group: lots of beds, a huge living room with plenty of seating, and ample parking for family coming in from out of town. It worked really well for us and we’d absolutely consider staying again.A few things could be improved to make it even better. Some of the beds (especially the basement futon) were pretty uncomfortable, and the water pressure was low. The main living-room light flickers, a ceiling fan in the basement didn’t work, and we found a few items left behind from previous guests, including some clothing and hair on one set of sheets. The listing also mentioned a hot tub, but there isn’t one on the property.On the positive side, when we realized there wasn’t a coffee pot, the host brought us a brand-new one right away, which was awesome and much appreciated.Overall, this is an awesome place that just needs a little extra attention and maintenance to be top-notch. With a few fixes, it would be absolutely perfect.

Great property, terribly managed

The property itself was in a great location, and had a great view. The layout was exactly what we wanted. The owners have a very nice place. HOWEVER…they desperately need a different individual to manage their property. The issues below were a direct reflection on the local person left in charge of cleaning and managing the property, Tonja. If you have interest in renting this property, I would be sure to make clarify that they have a different individual responsible for cleaning and managing the property first. Upon arrival, we called Tonja for the gate code. She told us just buzz all the cabins until someone let us in. After getting in we realized the hot tub did not work. Tonya apparently knew this was an issue. She said the hot tub repair person would be back to fix it. The next day, we had not heard from anyone and contacted Evolve. Tonja told them a part had to be ordered and it would be a few days before it was fixed. Tonja told us and Evolve that the owners were in FL dealing with hurricane Ian. Everyone, including our friends from FL that met us, were very sympathetic, but Tonja was not in Florida. Tonya was the local contact. After this, Tonja quit answering calls from us and Evolve. The other issue we had that is a direct result of Tonja and her role in property management was the lack of cleanliness. Several items in the kitchen had been put away dirty. Pots and pans had to be scrubbed clean and silverware, glasses, and plates looked like they’d just been rinsed. Towels looked like they had been put away dirty. Because of this, we spent a chunk of our first full day doing laundry and cleaning the kitchen. For me the worst part was the floors. The floors were so dirty that the bottoms of our feet were completely black after walking barefoot inside, and that’s not an exaggeration. Since we didn’t want to spend anymore time cleaning the cabin, we ended up wearing our shoes inside to avoid taking the filth from the floors to bed. Again, the house, the view, the location, and our contact at Evolve we’re all great. Any of the above problems were a direct reflection on the person left in charge of cleaning and being the local contact. I would encourage you to still consider this property, but only if you can verify that they have someone else as a point of contact to help with things and clean the property.

Perfect Getaway

The cabin was extremely clean, laid out well and in a location convenient to the hwy and Ellijay. We really enjoyed the screened back porch and game room. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and appliances you might need. The only concern I had in the kitchen was the knobs on the gas stove were located directly above the oven door, so when we used the overhead microwave, we had to be careful not to lean to closely and engage the stovetop burner. (3 of us had that happen so that is the only reason I am even bringing this to your attention.) Overall great time was had at the time by all!

Good Family Getaway

We had trouble upon arrival with getting the lockbox open, but were able to get in touch with the owner who referred us to the OTHER lockbox. Once inside the house was what we expected, and was clean and well-appointed. The house is located next to a gorgeous, very large and brand new mountain house, so this one will seem small and dark when you arrive, but it’s very comfortable inside. We have three sons, ages 1-7, and they all loved the game room downstairs and the hot tub. We needed a pack n play for the baby, and though the house didn’t have one, we called DJ (the house manager), and she went out of her way to find one for us from another house she manages. It was a step above and beyond, and we really appreciated it!

Beautiful home to stay in. Close to all attractions and was close enough to Home. Property was as promised. Only two things to look at. 1( water pressure was extremely low) 2hot tub seemed not to work properly. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Ellijay Trip

The property was in a great gated location and in the perfect size for our group. The mattresses left a lot to be desired especially the twin beds downstairs. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

We followed up with the homeowner, and we'd like to share the following: -Bed preference is personal and subjective- we're sorry they weren't to your liking. -The master and other upstairs mattresses are relatively new. The master is memory foam, and the other king is a pillow top. They are both of high quality. -The downstairs twin mattresses will be inspected and replaced if needed for future guests. Great place to stay!

We enjoyed the cabin, there was plenty of room for our family of 8 (1 senior, 4 adults, 3 college kids). The area is quiet, easy to find, gated community, close enough to stores yet far enough away. The road to the cabin is paved & easy to navigate. The town of Ellijay has a cute downtown shopping area that we enjoyed. Also, Amicalola Falls are nearby & beautiful, they also have zip lining & other activities within the state park.

Awesome girls weekend

There were six of us, and this cabin had plenty of room. The view was beautiful, and there was so much room for us to spread out. We really enjoyed the game room. Also, we couldn’t get the living room fireplace to light, and DJ the caretaker came over right away and helped us out. We will definitely go back!

Beautiful views, rained a lot so we were at cabin most of time. Kids didn't understand why older TVs were in lower level. They couldn't connect their game system they brought. My only problem was glass tables everywhere!! Beautiful but not kid friendly!!! Road is a little narrow going up but view was worth it.

A great place to stay

Well....as always the cabin was very relaxing. This was our fourth stay here in the last 2 months. Working in the area so it was nice place to come back to and relax. That being said.....I have one complaint this trip. After arriving at 3:30 which I understand is 30 minutes early,the cleaning lady “Dj” was on sight cleaning. So rather than sit there and wait we went to get food and came back at 4:30. She was just finishing up. Apon unloading our bags in to the cabin she proceeds to accuse us of a breaking a lamp on one of our prior stays! Mind you I believe it had been rented multiple times in between our visits. I’m a 46 year old with a wife and kids. My crew that was with me are all around my age as well. Fist of all if we broke something I would have personally contacted Lori “the owner” and informed her about it. I don’t appreciate being accused like that and won’t be back because of that and this final tid bit. After discussing this with DJ as part of our discussion I explained to her that we leave at 5:30 A/M and come back around 6 P/M every day. On our third day there we happened to get out early because of the rain. When we pulled into the driveway DJ pulls in right behind me. She says that she thought we were checking out on Wednesday not Thursday. Hmmm. So my question is would she have gone in if we were working? Seems shady to me. Sorry Lori. You have a great cabin in a great location but your cleaning lady.....I don’t trust.

Family Christmas Trip

This cabin was nothing short of AMAZING!!! It had enough space and storage for all 12 of us to sleep comfortably. Great sights to see as well!

Great Stay!

Friendsgiving weekend was a success because our stay at the cabin was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. Property was well maintained. Cabin location is great. Not too far of a drive to grocery stores or resturants. Communication was exceptional! We really enjoyed our stay. Will stay again, next visit to Ellijay.
