Modern, open concept design, quartz countertops with stunning backsplash, new cabinets, lighting, flooring, custom tiled shower, etc, etc. Our private duplex is separated by a full size garage in front and private lanai in rear with privacy fencing. 4 miles to beautiful beaches with jet skiing & parasailing. 2 minute walk to historic Riverside Park to see events, rent a bike or kayak along the Imperial River. Very short walk to downtown Bonita where you can visit Sugar Shack, The Wonder Gardens, Rooftop at Riverside, the historic Shangri-La resort, Survey Cafe, Chartreuse Cocktail lounge, Downtown Coffee and Wine.
