Just 2 blocks from movies, shopping, coffee, breakfast, and the Foxmore. Only 1 mile to the park, 1.5 miles to the lake, and 0.5 miles to the river.
This spacious home features a cozy living room with a fireplace, a separate Media/Game room, and a large yard. Plenty of parking, including space for boats. Perfect for family gatherings or a peaceful retreat!
The space
This beautiful historic Victorian home, built in 1875, has been thoughtfully restored to combine historical charm with modern conveniences.
The chef’s kitchen is fully updated with all new features and opens to a deck, perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The large dining room features an oversized table with five leaves, ideal for large group meals.
The Media/Game room boasts a high-definition TV, a cozy fireplace, and a round table perfect for work, games, or puzzles. The spacious living room offers plenty of seating for both quiet and lively conversation, complemented by a second fireplace. Sofas also convert to queen size bed to sleep 2.
There are two master suites, each with a private bath. One is upstairs with a sofa that converts into a full-size bed, while the main-floor master suite offers a stunning bath.
The main floor also features a bunk room that accommodates up to three guests, with a full bath and washer/dryer nearby. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each feature queen-sized beds and share a hallway bath.
The front entry and staircase make a grand first impression, while the rear staircase leads directly to the kitchen from the upstairs living quarters.
In addition to the deck off the kitchen, enjoy the screened in back porch, outdoor green space for games, gatherings, or relaxation. With an adjacent concrete patio offering outdoor furnishings and outdoor grill.
Ample parking is available in the large rear parking area, with additional street parking in front. The rear lot is large enough to accommodate several vehicles and boats.

For your safety and peace of mind, we have five outdoor cameras covering the front, back, and green space. These cameras are in place to help protect your belongings while you're away from the home. Please note that the cameras do not have sound recording and are not monitored unless an incident occurs.
The home is also equipped with two fire extinguishers, as well as smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for your safety.
