The features include 1 bedroom with a king bed and sliding barn door with a large closet, living room that has a fireplace and a sofa bed with USB chargers, an air mattress with linens, fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, range, full refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishes, several small appliances, two coffee pots, an island with bar stools, kitchen table, large laundry room, large bathroom, patio with comfy furniture and a gas grill. There's even a piano with a tribute to Elvis Presley. Nanny loved Elvis and smiled for three weeks after seeing him in concert. Guests can enjoy many amenities like free parking area and large yard, soaps, linens, towels with toiletries, blankets and pillows, Smart TV, central heat/AC with a dual thermostat and much more. We want all registered guests to enjoy a comfortable peaceful stay- therefore parties, events, gatherings or get-togethers and unregistered guests/visitors are not permitted at Nanny's Place so not to disturb the registered guests staying on the upper Cozy Porchview Getaway level.
