The south end of Fort Myers Beach is known for its quieter, more relaxed vibe compared to the bustling north end near Times Square. This part of Estero Island features wide sandy beaches, calmer waters, and a more residential feel, making it popular with families, couples, and those seeking a peaceful getaway. You'll find condos and vacation rentals lining the beach, many with stunning Gulf views. It’s also conveniently located near Santini Marina Plaza, which features restaurants, shops, and a farmers market. The South End is ideal for guests who want to unwind while still being a short drive or trolley ride from the livelier North End attractions.

You will have private access to the entire condo for the duration of your stay, including the oversized swimming pool, amazing community lounge spaces, tennis/pickleball courts and community outdoor spaces. Designated Free parking is available in the parking lot, there is additional Free guest parking too!

Check-in is 1 hour earlier than the other rentals at 3PM. Check-out is 1 hour later than other rentals at 10AM

Easy Checkout – Relax to the Very End. Your vacation should feel effortless—even when it’s time to leave. At 708C, there are no cleaning check-out chores. All we ask is that you run the final dishwasher load and take out the trash—we’ll handle the rest. Leave refreshed, not rushed.

Guests may use the 2 standard & 2 smaller beach chairs, umbrella and coolers for the beach. This can all be found in the condo closet.

May - October it’s turtle season. At dusk/dark all curtains/blinds must be closed. There are Amber lights throughout the community. The Turtle's are busy nesting and little hatchlings will be arriving soon!

Families with 2 adults and 2 children are absolutely welcome, just note that the space is a bit snug for four.

Important Property Notice – Estero Beach & Tennis Club Construction (July 6 – November 4)

Please note that the Estero Beach & Tennis Club HOA is completing a property-wide restoration project from July 6 through November 4. 708C is scheduled to undergo repairs, Oct 15-November 4 & construction will be taking place elsewhere on the property. As a result, guests may experience daytime construction noise during working hours.

To reflect this temporary inconvenience, our nightly rates have been significantly discounted throughout the construction period.

As an added thank you for your understanding, every reservation during this time will receive two complimentary nights toward a future stay (terms and conditions apply).

The heated pool will remain open throughout the project, although construction noise may occasionally be heard while relaxing in the unit or around the property during daytime work hours.
