With approximately 1,200 square feet of living space, this villa can accommodate up to eight guests and places you just minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and other major attractions.

The villa features a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower and jetted tub. The second bedroom offers two double beds, while the spacious living area includes a queen sleeper sofa for added flexibility. With two full bathrooms, everyone in your group has space and privacy. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, dining area, washer/dryer, and a furnished balcony or patio make it easy to relax and enjoy your stay. Flat-screen TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi are also included.

At Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa, you’ll find an impressive array of amenities. Enjoy multiple outdoor pools and hot tubs, a full-service spa, fitness center, on-site dining options, a marina with paddle boats, and mini golf. Families will love the Treasure Cove Water Park (separate admission fee), arcade, and planned resort activities. Pet Policies & Fees:
- Allowed Pets: Dogs only. Cats are generally not permitted.
- Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 dogs per unit.
- Weight Limit: Combined weight of the pets must not exceed 60 pounds.
- Size Limits: Dogs cannot exceed 36 inches in length or height.
- Fees: A mandatory, non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation is charged, plus a $150 refundable pet deposit. (Fees subject to change.)
- Breed Restrictions: Aggressive breeds are not permitted, including Great Dane, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Sharpei, Alaskan Malamute, and Presa Canario.

On-Site Rules:
- Unattended Pets: Pets cannot be left alone in the room unless they are kept in a pet carrier or crate.
- Public Areas: Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside the room and are not allowed in public areas like restaurants, spa spaces, or the water park.

DURING YOUR STAY

Attendance is completely optional and is never required when booking through Koala. Pro tip: If you choose to attend, the gifts and incentives are often negotiable.

- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.
