BEACH ACCESS - The beach service will provide 2 beach chairs and one umbrella per apartment (included in the resort fee).

RESTAURANT - Three restaurants, including the Terrazas, showcase South Florida’s freshest seafood and citrus in seasonal menus. (paid separately).

BAR - Full-service bar with drink specials (paid separately).

SPA - Full-service Spa with steam and sauna rooms (paid separately).

- $40 daily resort fee paid on-site (includes beach service with 6 beach towels, 2 beach chairs & 1 beach umbrella to enjoy on the beach, and access to Lyfe resort's full amenities)
- $35 + tax daily valet parking
- The age limit to check in is 18+ years old.

During check-in, you will be asked to pay the resort fees directly to the resort.

The resort will place a hold of $250.00 as a security deposit.

Please note that only two beach chairs and one umbrella are included in the resort fee.

LOUD NOISE:
NO LOUD NOISE AFTER 8:00 PM.
WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY INTERRUPTION TO OTHER RESIDENTS OR GUESTS. IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE RULES, YOU WILL BE FORCED TO LEAVE THE APARTMENT AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

NO SMOKING:
THIS VACATION RENTAL APARTMENT IS STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. VISITORS ARE SUBJECT TO A $300 FEE AND IMMEDIATE EVACUATION, AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE RULES, YOU WILL BE FORCED TO LEAVE THE APARTMENT AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
